The hosts Kyriakos and Joanna could not be faulted. They went out of their way to make us feel relaxed and comfortable throughout our stay. The junior suite was perfect. The bed exceptional, as was the shower.

The rooms are completely inside the centre of Skiathos village. it would be more comfortable if you had moto to go around places. The transfers by car don’t seem to help at all. Concerning the room (economy double room) it was small but comfy, it had new furniture and fully equipped with the necessary things in bath. We also had our bedding fresh every 2 days.

The room was small (economy double room) and it had only a window. this means that air wasnt able to reach the room. It made difficult to have our towels dried during our stay. Also, the property had only stairs so there was a lot of noise if anyone was going up or down (heels, slippers, etc) which was definitely a problem, especially during the night. Finally, i knew that both the room hadnt a balcony and it was small, but it was too expensive for the things that could offer.

The location is close by to the main street, therefore shopping and dining were never an issue.

The room where my wife and I were supposed to stay had a terrible smell. We couldn't quite located it but it was a mix between humidity and old furniture, even though the furniture in the room looked quite new. The owner said it was the air conditioning so he had a technician come and clean it, but the smell never went away, to the point where my wife had to go sleep with my two daughters in another room and I stayed there by myself. Something should be done about that room on the top floor. My daughters and in-laws were staying in rooms below and they were fine.

The place is in the centre of town close to many good restaurants and bars, walking distance from the port, walking distance from everything, actually. The rooms were very clean and modern, with big super comfortable beds. The balcony however was what makes it spectacular, the view is magical and we spent many nights there with a drink overlooking the whole town. The lights of Skiathos, the starry sky and the perfect cozy swings that they have on the terrace instead of chairs were a recipe for a truly wonderful experience. The hotel is in a quiet part of Skiathos, so we had no trouble sleeping as there was no noise or music at night. We had some trouble with the ferry - we arrived in Skiathos with a punctured tyre and very distressed but the host literally saved us by changing it himself! A sincere and huge THANK YOU to Kiriakos and Joanna for making sure that their guests have a great time, they went out of their way to help us in every way and, believe me, we tried many places but I solemnly swear that DO make the best coffee in Skiathos :)

Really great little place with such welcoming team and a great vibe. Really brilliant and well equiped rooms with good views. Cafe downstairs offers good options and really competitive prices.

Nothing. Even the lack of lift is totally compensated for by the manager who will happily and impressively run all your bags to your room.

The room was really clean, the staff were amazing and even walked us through the map of Skiathos on arrival and showed us points of interest and where to go for boat taxis and dinner etc.

The rooms were advertised on Booking.com as having a window or balcony but when we arrived the only window we had looked directly into a stairway on another building. We did have a window that looked outside but it was made of glass that we couldn't see through but at least we had some natural light.

Owners are super cool and helpful people!! Location is excellent close to everything and room was very quiet! Everything is renovated and the beds are just super comfortable !

the location was fantastic set in a quiet little square in the middle of Skiathos Town that had three coffee shops a bar and a small convenience store to get your daily supplies.

the wife enjoys a coffee in the morning as soon as she wakes up and there was no tea coffee making facilities in the room. although the owners, Mik and Joanna, are on hand to make a coffee for you it’s not the same.
