We've just had the best stay once again at fabulous Villa Anna. Stunning sea views & an absolutely amazing apartment with everything you could want or need for your stay.  Thank you so much Ioanna & Anastasia for once again being the loveliest, friendliest & most helpful hosts. The host Ioanna is a lovely person and she really did everything to give us the best experience possible. She recommended the best restaurants, hikes, beaches and activities on the island, and helped us by making reservations at the winery. The location is perfect because it's walking distance from the town center with all the restaurants, and the beach is just a 2 min walk down the road. We woke up every morning with a great view of the bay which can be enjoyed from the balcony. There is no private parking space, but a public parking spot just 1 min walking up the road was always available to park our rented car. We loved Skiathos and when we return in the future then we're sure to book Villa Anna again.

Nothing to dislike!

Villa Anna felt like home from the start with a warm welcome and friendly touches such as home made chocolate cake. The room with bedroom upstairs was perfect for myself and two daughters and the view from the balcony was amazing and one I'll always treasure. The location was ideal with beach, shops, bus stop and all the main town amenities a short walk away.

Loved everything about the villa; fabulous location with the beach and really good restaurants just across the road. A short 10 min walk into Skiathos town. Spacious comfortable room with breathtaking views.

Quite a lot of steps up to the villa but worth it for the view

Strongly recommend!! The view from the room was absolutely great!! The host was very responsive to our requests and very helpful from the first day! She even helped us at arrival with recommandations for restaurants, beaches and beautiful places to explore on the island! The maisonette we stayed in was very clean and confy! We had all the necessary conditions for a lovely holiday! If you travel by car, don't worry about the parking because there is a free parking at a few steps near the villa! The Skiathos city center is at a 5 minutes walk from the property (it's not noisy) so you can always enjoy the city very quickly!

Ioanna is a very nice host. We enjoyed our stay. We get a lot of tips from Ioanna. The appartments are very spacy and very comfortably equipped and perfectly cleaned. Finally, we should mention the beautiful and quiet garden behind the house. From out appartment we can easily go swimming

Unfortunately, Villa Anna is located approximately 50 m above the main road. Since the traffic is very busy, it is quite noisy on the balcony. People, who respond sensitively to noise, have to close their windows over night. Since almost all hotels and appartments are located pretty near to the main road, this is more the problem of the island and not so much of any villa or hotel ...

The view is amazing, and also you are really close to the bus station, the city and to a beach. The attention to details like mosquito nest, the way they equipped the kitchen, really good mattress, comfortable chairs on the balcony, and a very nice back garden.

The fact that the villa is located close to the road is a downside, it can get noisy if you don't close the window. The good side is that they isolated well the rooms, so if you close the window it will be ok. Luckily for us it wasn't a big problem because we stayed at the beginning of October, so the island was almost free of tourists.

Exceptional & friendly service. Your host, Ioanna, is without doubt the most helpful and attentive host you will meet. Goes that extra mile with suggestions and ideas that massively enhance your stay. Her restaurant suggestions were superb. Do take her advice, you won’t regret it. The clean and wonderful apartments are well designed. The bed, although On first impressions was softer than I usually like were very comfortable. We slept very, very well. The extras like a Nespresso machine was very much enjoyed. The views from the room and balcony were amazing and very much enjoyed. Like us, you maybe deciding where to base yourself, in town, out of town, down along the many beaches? Stop thinking and book here. This was without doubt the most perfect location. A minute walk to get into town and more importantly to get back easily when you want for the best restaurants and interesting evenings. It’s a beautiful town. A bus stop in less, that takes you to the beaches or a one minutes walk to the nearest. Location, location, location, they say and Villa Anna has that too.
