the views are amazing. the pool and bar area very inviting. The staff friendly & Mike was very accommodating.

the steep hill, however that cannot be changed, the wi-fi connection not very good.

Very welcoming owners, amazing view of the town and the port. Great rooms. Nothing bad to say. I would definitely come back!

Maybe the shower area a bit small, but then again we only needed it for a quick one!

The staff were very friendly, the place was really clean, it had more than enough seating areas and sun beds and the view was incredible.

The location was great, though the hill seemed quite steep after a night out in town! It was also nice to have a small bar/restaurant on the property.

The race for pool chairs! Chairs were 'booked' with towels early morning and then the owners only pitched after lunch. Would suggest a sign to indicate a 'no-booking' policy.

Mike and family are great and have a stunning facillity with great view and pool. Rooms are clean, comfortable and aircon great. Good value for money.

Other guest (British Tourists) get up at the crack of dawn and reserve ALL the sun loungers around the pool with their towels...then go back to bed and only start occupying the beds at 10h30-11h00. Not fair to others who also paid and travelled from far...who want to go out for the day but perhaps wanted to sunbathe for an hour or so in the morning. Strongly suggest thos tobe managed - perhaps as I have seen at other eatablishments....with a notice stating if a bed ia unoccupied for more than 20-30minutes, the belongings will be removed and the bed made available for use to other guests.

Location at top of hill meant a good walk after dinner plus a brilliant unbeatable view. Would definitely stay again.

Bathroom was very small with a tiny shower area.

The location is super, very nice wiev on the center and the sea, near the airport. The owner was very friendly, nice to talk, very helpful with information I needed. They served very good gyros and frappe. It is highly recommended that you have a car or a scooter - they have a private parking

My bed was a little bit too hard. The nearest beach is a little bit far away but just if you have to walk, if you have a car or a scooter this is no problem.

This hotel was so beautiful to stay at - more than happy with our stay! The family running the hotel, especially Michael, were so welcoming and lovely. The photos on booking.com don’t do this place justice, the decor is lovely and pool area is very relaxing. The sun beds were so comfortable - we would love to come back and stay one day!

This hotel exceeded our expectations - the views are absolutely beautiful from your balcony and the pools area. My only pointer would be the breakfast wasn’t great for the price and be wary of the hill going down to the town if you have any troubles or young children as it is a trek. But the location is great and we fell in love with Skiathos. Taxi was also easy to get back. Hope to be back soon!

A bit outside of the center, up on the hill, beautiful surroundings, amazing view to the city and sea.

We loved everything about Blue Horizon. Mike is such a lovely approachable fella, who is not in your face but always happy to help when you need it. rooms were very clean and light and airy. we liked it so much we are returning next year 💙🇬🇷

The hill/walk up is not that long but part of it is so steep! but as we said without that hill you would not get the most amazing views - simply stunning. if you have mobility problems it’s not for you. Sense of achievement when you do get back 😂😅.

shower was slightly small and there wasn’t not enough utensils in the kitchen but nothing to put me off ever staying again

A nice sized hotel (only about 16 rooms), good views, only a 10 min walk into the town, room was cleaned 6 times a week, bus stop a 5 min walk away to get around the island, the pool bar was nice when relaxing by the pool serving food and drink
