From the moment I arrived, the owners were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and always ready to assist with any request I had. The accommodation was as it appeared on the website - roomy and clean and the pool area was lovely. The hosts couldn’t have been more helpful and were always happy to recommend restaurants etc when asked. Would definitely go back.

The pool was really nice. The hotel has a great location.

Loved how modern and fresh everything looked. Love the little touch of a BBQ and mini kitchen pool side with table to enjoy dinner together. Robert very accommodating and gave great recommendations.

No reflection on the hotel but it was rather humid for the time of year and walking to either old town, the marina etc is hard going.....take advantage of bar breaks....

i had an amazing stay here! 10/10 would 1000% return it was just perfect, it’s just a short 15 minutes walk from the centre but Uber is super cheap so makes it great if you wanted to get into town in 5 minutes. the pool area is great lovely to relax. the bed is super comfy and overall I have nothing bad at all to add

Roberto was a great host, he showed us in a map the best places to go and when we checked in he took care of our bags. We explored areas around and went to great restaurants. The apartment is a quick and satisfying walk to the old town. Swimming pool area is very pretty and omg the room is super clean! Everything you need to have a lovely stay the room has, spacey and comfortable.

Great place. The owner is incredibly friendly and helpfull, the pool is very nice (although we didn't end up Goin in) the room was very big, with a seperate hallway big bathroom and a place to sit besides the bed.

The manager is very nice and the appartment too. We used a little bite the swimming pool. Great place. It's not far from the historical center !

The room was clean and spacious. The wi-fi connection was quite good and there was also a TV (unfortunately with german channels only or we couldn't fine anything else). There's also a small swimming pool. It was definitely enough for our needs.

There was some strange cracking sound in the wall or bed frame that we couldn't locate. It wasn't really loud but just a bit annoying cause we could hear it before our sleep. It needs more investigation. The fridge was also quite loud at night.

The apartment was very clean and in a quiet area. The sea is walkable and the old town is easily accessible! The swimming pool is clean and the BBQ area is the best part of the poolside. Lidl and other stores as a few min drive.. good to buy stuff! We as a family loved it as the kids swam while we made breakfast / lunch! Robert and Anka are AMAZING hosts. Always there to help and they made our stay delightful! They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome at all times! We will surely visit Zadar again and would like to stay here!

The room was very clean and spacious and the accommodation was within a 15-minute walk of the old city center. The staff was very kind and offered us support for visiting the city and other relevant attractions. The parking in front of the accommodation was very useful, as we traveled by car.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Communication was easy and they were very accommodating. The facilities are great with my room being clean and spacious. The pool and surrounding area is lovely too.
