The hotel is well situated and has a garage. Have a good breakfast and the staff is very friendly and helpful

Some times the smell from the bath, is a canalisation think but....smell . Not in all rooms but this one smelled

location was great, and staff was very friendly/helpful. AC worked well. breakfast included and secure parking was available.

wifi was slow (it was faster to hotspot my international phone). slight dampness/mold in shower/ceiling.

The shower was fantastic. the breakfast spread was huge! well connected by buses

no water in the room. maybe its because tap water is drinkable but visitors wont know that as there was no information.

Location was super , breakfast was also good ,it’s a big hotel so it it doesn’t feel crowded. That was nice ,also helpful workers in reception.

Cleaners forgot to clean my room, while I had the “paper” on the door handle,that pls clean the room . Later ,19 pm when I arrived,I asked to clean my room ,they said yes of course, but they only put new towels to table …I could give 10 stars to this hotel ,but to forget to clean …it takes a lot down ,because officially we pay for that …

the bed was comfy and the room was spacious. the breakfast was ok

the gym equipment did not work

Room was decent in size. Patio was very good. Big luminous lobby. This hotel has a gym and a pool, small though. We didn't use the buffet breakfast because we usually have only coffee but it seemed to be well served and with a lot of choices.

The list would be very long. In the first room I got (we were switched after a couple of days) had a very disgusting bathroom , with the toilet seat old and unsanitary (see pictures). I asked a couple of times the seat to be changed but apparently they don't have a good maintenance budget and they opted instead for giving me a different room. Second room didn't have a chair by the desk and when I asked for a chair they sent me a very old piece of junk (see pictures). Floors are not regularly cleaned and it seems nobody cares about removing their shoes upon enter the room (see pictures). Comforter in one of the beds had a nasty looking stain (probably someone spilled coffee, or something else...) (see pictures

Breakfast was ok, but not incredible, example, the hole fruit were original size, you cut by yourself. Room comfortable size, but not clean enough ... a little disapointment with that

location for my events. If you see the location close to the other touristic location, maybe it´s far away from them

Clean, goof location, nice breakfast. have a parking garage (12 USD/day) which we used, although there are places to park around free of charge.

Nothing that we didn’t like although general feeling is that hotel needs to be remodeled and refreshed as it looks a bit warned out.

Kind staff, amazing rooms. I strongly recommend it
