The comfort bad

The staff the received us Sunday night was rude, the bedroom was dirty with lots of dust and a used band-aid inside the bathroom. The kitchen was stinky and the street made lots of loud noisy. There was also a little bit of smoking smell. But the worst was the doorman lack of kindness

the cleaning staff is so kind and efficient! location. everything else is mediocre

super SMALL shower which makes no sense as the room is not small. Kitchen has no knives or spatula even though there are pans and cutting board (only some dishes (some are broken), cutlery). could use a kitchen towel too

Good location, within walking distance to the beach. Supermarkets, bakery, cafés close by, short drive to shopping malls, old town… Staff very nice. Basic but functional rooms, with kitchen

definitely not fully clean, floors and counters were not well cleaned and we were left an old kitchen sponge for washing dishes

Great location and very safe building with 24/7 staff. Hot tub is not working and there is no restaurant or breakfast. Apartment was very large and balcony was a big plus. Bathroom is small and a bit uncomfortable but the rest of the apartment was very spacious. Steps from the beach

Property was not clean. Felt sticky and dirty. Bed was poorly put together and it overall just felt very old. The photos online must be very old as this was a major deception. Shocking really. Thankfully, I was only there for 2 nights and barely stayed in. I never felt comfortable, didn’t want to touch anything I didn’t need to as it really was that filthy. I’m not sure if this is a theme across the city as I’m surprised they get away with this. The balcony door didn’t lock, and the neighbouring balcony was easily accessible so I never really felt safe either as anyone could have entered. As a result, I only slept for a couple hrs each night and locked all my belongings away. Staff were great though, very friendly and helpful.

I’m not picky and have traveled all over the world…but the units at this hotel are dirty and unkept (I was there for 3 weeks in 2 different units). Try to get a unit on the back side of the building (front units are very noisy 24/7). No rules against smoking, so be ready for 2nd hand smoking inhalation. You can’t manually lock your apartment from the inside and as a woman traveling solo, this was a big deal for me.

Unfortunately they were completing some repairs on the property and it was noisy.

Nothing to do with the hotel. It was raining the whole week I was there.
