Great location and very convenient, I really like the sunrise view from the window of my room, thanks for this hotel brought me an awesome travel experience in Busan

A great location, near subway and bus stop, fantastic views and very kind manager and staff. Very clean, spacious comfortable bed and great bathroom with a modern toilet seat. Right across from the beach and very close to many attractions, restaurants and cafes. A convenience store, and a coffee shop on the first floor. Since this was my second stay here, the manager gave me a free upgrade to a bigger room with even a better view. I really loved her for that.

I honestly can't say anything bad. Perhaps, occasionally a long wait for the elevator at check out time around 11:00 am.

The location is amazing. Restaurants, coffee shops, and convenient store are just a around the corner. The beach is just a minute walk from the hotel. The view from the room is wonderful, you can enjoy both sunrise and sunset. The staff are so friendly.

The place is a bit noisy, you can hear people from other rooms, which is so annoying 🙄 especially at night.

Location is excellent

The windows are not clean. The ocean view lost a bit of it's value.

Close enough to the metro station and just next to the beach and Busan Sealife Aquarium. private spot to view the sunset and sunrise. Staff were exceptionally helpful in helping us find our way around, especially to a clinic.

Great accomdodation and close to the everything. Food market within walking distance for dinners. Having seperate bedrooms were great.

Drainage in the shower was not draining well and the bathroom was always wet and slippery. The washing machine room was only open between 9 and 5 which is not ideal for travellers as this is the time when people are out. It would be great if it was open until late at night so visitors can wash their clothes late at night after returning from a day out.

it is right beside the beach, the room smaller but the view okay, we have many places we want to go just nearby us. The rest can be settled by train. There is a also market food here where we stay. Overall, nice but still far from the city area

Location. Apart from that things were pretty basic.

It feels like little effort has gone into maintaining the rooms, and the property is just banking on its location. Even for a three star hotel, I think they could at least provide more than 4 hangers for a two person room and a proper place to hang towels. The flush system could be more adequately indicated and the building had an old pipe smell.

The location, location, location! The Room is clean and spacious. The staff is kind.

The room we stayed in the window was too small obstructing the view of the beach, which was a bit disappointing. I was expecting a room with full view.

location is unbeatable, although the windows (and view) may not be the same as what is depicted in the pictures. that said, the view is really good and the service provided was great - the staff was really helpful and obliging! kudos to the team! :)
