Good communication and early check in possible

We were there in mid December - the house is very very cold, sometimes the hot water stops working and you have to wait for the housekeeper to fix. There is only an electrical kettle, dishes and a fridge. You can use dishes, but there is no space how to properly clean and dry them. And because people put them wet back to the cupboard, we found mould on both cups and plates. Uncomfortable beds.

No breakfast , no coffee maker, tea box had two tea bags, no sink to get water or wash a dish, no soap in bathroom, one hanger in closet, and the roosters sounded off at 4:30 AM !!!

Location and clanliness. Available fridge. Nice space.

No waste bin, only recicle one. Bed not that comfortable.

Wi-Fi worked ok They cleaned the bathroom when asked

The common bathroom was not clean since we arrived and we had to call someone to clean in the days after. There is NO staff. There is a common area where you can make tea but there’s no place where you can leave the used cups or wash them. The beds are very uncomfortable and we always woke up with our busy hurting. They don’t check the rooms or common areas so we had to ask to empty our trash can. It’s extremely NOISY: on one side you have running cars, on the other a farm with screaming animals from 4 am. The shower is constantly clogged and moldy.

About the place nothing, liked the island. Very beautiful

The house didn't have a kitchen or even a microwave or a coffee maker. You have to call and ask for clean towels, no one would clean the bathrooms that were used by 3 different rooms.

Very good place to stay in Pico, the rooms are big and the common area is very spacious. A nice walk to S. Roque and close to the natural pools.

There is a wine museum besides that you can visit for free.

The mattress was not very comfortable. The room could have been cleaner.
