Tatjana was a fantastic host. She provided lots of information on things to do during our stay in Dubrovnik. The bus stop is located right outside the apartment and takes approximately 15 minutes to the old town. It costs 15kn per trip and runs quite frequently. We also had a car rental which we could park safely outside the apartment for free. The pool and spa was a special added bonus which we really enjoyed. A 10/10 stay from us - thank you.

The property had a good garden with pool and beds. It also had a lovely Spa with jacuzzi and sauna.

We had two apartments for our group. Ours was on the first floor and had a single bedroom, a shower room, a small kitchen and the rest was given over to a living area. Whilst there was nothing specifically wrong with this, it did not feel special, no real thought had been put into the rooms design. Also the shower was poor with limited hot water meaning it only dribbled from the shower head.

i extremely recommend Apartments Villa Roza. Very clean and location is good to reach Dubrovnik city center. We were very good supported for the late check in (problem was on boarder but owner has arranged for us so that we take the keys late in the night) Kitchen was very nice and usefull. bath was clean and swimming pool top. i just recommend regards

Very helpful owner, generally close to Dubrovnik both by car and public transport. Nice pool, quiet place for a family with children.
