We were lucky to get parking right outside but you may have to park in another street if you are unlucky.

The breakfast was great!

I booked the place, because of the terrace on the pictures displayed. As it was off-season I did not have access to the terrace. Without that, I would say it was quite expensive.

Fantastic location with a modern room, our host was knowledgeable and shared an insight into the area which helped us plan our journey with ease. Plenty of free parking available.

The property is located in the quiet area of the old town. Very easy to get to the town center. We were able to check in early which was a great relief as we arrived on a bad weather day. While the host does not speak English, she tried with translation app to make us feel comfortable. There is a parking spot right in front of the apartment. Too bad we couldn’t enjoy the garden due to the bad weather.

The stairs are pretty deep so be careful with any large luggage. If glass could be provided in the room, that would be great.

Excellent B&B with all necessary facilities, good wifi and a pretty courtyard garden. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. They gave us plenty of information about the town and recommended a very good restaurant for dinner within walking distance the first evening. The second evening my husband did not want to walk anywhere so they let us bring food and wine in to eat in the garden. Breakfast was very good, freshly prepared to order. The location was good for visiting the monuments in Noto.

The room was small but comfortable with a large TV. The bathroom was good. The breakfast area was very pleasing and grotto-like . Paula is a wonderful accommodating host and was always very helpful. Parking is on the street directly in front of the B snd B.

The location is on the upper part of town and although it is a short 10 minute walk down the cobbled streets to the touristic area and restaurants, coming back up is challenging. Unless you have a car, anyone with any mobility issues would find it difficult. It would have been nice to have a cup or glass in the room as well as water in the fridge. We did ask for cups, which were provided. Some protein choice at breakfast other than yogurt would be good.

The room was clean like new and the host was really friendly and kind. We had to leave early in the morning before the breakfast time. But the host prepared delicious bruschetta for us before we left. I appreciate for that.

Easy to find parking on the street, access to the historic center was convenient but with many steep streets and steps. Host recommended Tannur Restaurant, and it was excellent. The breakfast area/ terrace was beautiful, so inviting.

Luxurious and spacy room with a large refrigerator and tv (50inch or so) and very comfy bed. The shower water pressure was great and a powerful hairdryer was available. The breakfast was great having it in the beautiful garden inside the B&B facility. The staff is super friendly,she enquired about our breakfast preferences upon arrival. Also we arrived way earlier than the given checkin time,however the friendly staff just made the room available to us. The free parking spot is just in front of the B&B. Regarding the location,it is just a few min walking to the city centre

We stayed in mid-October and found both the room and the hospitality very pleasant. Mid-sized comfortable room decorated with care. Spotless and quiet even though on a street with quite a lot of car traffic during the day. Easy free street parking. Using Translate the hostess reviewed a map of the town with major sights and restaurant recommendations. Good included breakfast in the nicely planted courtyard.

The room had everything we needed (very small shower though). Although the host needed a translator to communicate, she was fun and really nice. The little patio is really cute to have breakfast. Location great, a 10 minute walk to the lovely historic center and the host gives you a map/explains everything. Thank you for your hospitality :)

1) It was said that parking was provided but we actually had to find a parking space in the street. It should have been communicated upfront although it was not too crowded and ok. 2) breakfast was good (especially the bruschettas :)) but we expected more, the quantity for us was too small

The location is spot on and easily accesible to other parts of the town, we walked everywhere. The host and her partner were very helpful in finding a pharmacy for covid testing, breakfast was perfect.

The shower had hot water for very short time and the water was backed up in the shower. It eventually drained out.

Location was perfect, a small walk to the main centre allowing views through the streets to explore. The accommodation and hosts were exceptional, perfect for your stay in Noto however long that maybe. All the information you may need is given to you by Paula and the morning breakfast is an added bonus. Highly recommend the stay here, great value for money and also super comfortable bed 😄 Parking easy in the surrounding streets.

We stayed one night and had a great experience. The room was clean and had a good size. Paola was very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast in the garden was super! Enzo’s bruschettas are delicious!! Location is ok, bit of a walk to downtown but the B&B experience makes it worth it.

The location is perfect, right in the city center. Free parking spaces are available, the rooms are large, clean, with wi-fi and a big TV. The garden is an island of tranquility and perfect for eating or just relaxing. The rooms were cleaned every day and we found them perfect each time. The breakfast was very good and the host provided more of anything we asked. The host was very nice, offering us a map and an orientation session for navigating the city. They were there to help with all of our demands and they were fun as well. We traveled a lot during our holiday in Sicily and this was the best accommodation by far. If you're looking for a place to stay, stop searching and stay at Alberini. You won't regret it.

This would be a very good B&B if one just focused on the fundamentals: the room are clean and comfortable and the location very good (six or seven minutes walk to the monumental center of Noto). But what makes this B&B rise to "gem" level is the knowledgeable and warm hospitality of the owners, Paola and Enzo. Enzo went out of his way to accommodate all our needs -- from finding a good parking spot for our motorcycles, to recommending what proved to be superb choices for dinner (Ristorante Tannur, reviewed separately) and Sicilian granita (Caffé Costanzo). Paola was wonderfully welcoming as she inquired about our favorite breakfast choices to prepare for the following morning (the owners don't believe in buffets, a very healthy stance given the current challenges we face). Breakfast is served in a beautiful internal courtyard and features prominently Enzo's bruschetta, which I understand is being considered for inclusion in Unesco's World Heritage list :-) In every detail we could feel the rightful pride Paola and Enzo take in their property and in taking care of the needs of their guests. Indeed, a gem.

Our hosts were Amazing, giving us great information on the City and really Kind! The breakfast was fantastic!
