Posizione centrale. La Signora molto accogliente.
La struttura si trova in una zona piena di locali, proprio nello stesso palazzo ce ne sono 2. Il piano terra del palazzo è adibito a ripostiglio dei ristoranti, tutto questo comporta una gran confusione. La nostra stanza era proprio alla fine della scala (sul pianerottolo per intenderci). Non ho potuto chiudere occhio a causa della confusione proveniente dalla strada (gli infissi non sono assolutamente all’altezza) e dal magazzino sottostante. Inoltre la stanza si trova in mezzo alla scala, per cui la mattina si sentono le voci di chi fa colazione e di chi esce. Quindi, se nelle mattinate, finita la confusione della movida, riusciste ad addormentarvi, sareste svegliati dagli ospiti del b&b poco dopo. Il b&b non da l’impressione di essere pulitissimo. Il bagno, cieco, fa molto cattivo odore di chiuso. Inoltre non c’era acqua calda. Ci abbiamo soggiornato una notte sola (per fortuna), non ci alloggerei nuovamente!

Le persone che ci hanno accolto sono state gentilissime e sempre disponibili! Ci è sembrato di stare a casa! Posizione comodissima e possibilità di parcheggio nelle vie limitrofe e spesso anche sotto "casa". La stanza pulita.

Cozy, super clean and confortable room at the top floor of a nice house, perfectly situated in a quiet street in the center of Noto.

Nicely located next to Noto central street. The room was nice. The checkin was a bit “Italiano” as you have to wait for the owner to come in and open to you.

I highly recommend booking a stay in Sveva Rooms, at this wonderful accommodation run by an incredibly powerful and kind woman.
Her warm welcome, assistance, and thoughtful gesture of providing water after a long walk made our experience truly special. The presence of two other helpful women adds to the welcoming atmosphere, making it a perfect destination for a memorable stay. We highly recommend it it for anyone who wants to stay in Noto.

The host and her staff were lovely! Friendly and helpful and charming. The location was excellent - a 5 minute walk to Noto’s beautiful centre with cathedral, museums, galleries, and shops. The rooms were a generous size with air conditioning and the bathrooms were well kitted out. There was very little noise, either from outside or inside the building. Breakfast was included. The beds were large with good quality linen. Tiled floors; suitcase stands and a mini fridge. There was an excellent restaurant next door.

The B&B is very nicely located in the heart of Noto, just a few minutes walking distance from all the main attractions! The room and the toilet were very spacious and equipped with all needed for our stay. Also the breakfast was very nice!

Great location, 3 min walk to the main street. Fairly easy to find free parking nearby. The rooms were clean and quite big. Breakfast was there, but pretty basic though.
Mind that the host doesn't speak English - but you can use Google translate voice app to get around and communicate. )))

The location is OK but not on weekends because of the social club located at the corner of the building.

If you are given the room 103 you will be just above the water pump and it will be impossible for you to sleep after 6 am even with ear plugs. Very annoying if you are not used to short nights.

We were there when the hotel was fully booked by a big family, but the staff who greeted us (Leena) made us feel so at home, and treated us so well. We had booked a Deluxe Double Room, and were allocated a beautiful, spacious room with a little balcony at a quiet corner of the building, so that we will have more privacy.
Despite the large number of guests at the hotel, we didn't hear any noise at all. Breakfast was simple but sufficient, and the coffee was great! We managed to find free parking by the side of the road outside the hotel, and this hotel's location is so central to all the highlights of the city. We were able to just walk everywhere without the need of our car.
Overall, a very positive experience, and Leena made it more special with her bubbly personality!

Location but restaurant on street below may bother early sleepers.
Run down. Photos not accurate. Bathroom electrical cable secured with tape. Cupboard knob loose - thread worn so knob comes off in your hand. Bed legs loose with risk of collapsing. Toilet seat loose. Poor breakfast.
