1.We got wrong adress of the hotel. The check in doen in Flora hotel.we are 4 people 72+ years old.We need to go up &down with our 4 suitcases. after discution they gave as a driver with golf car. 2.There were not hot water in shower, no washig jel, no toilet paper. 3.the brakefast dinning room was very dirty.Tables are stiky From dirty ,so is the floor. 4.all the picters on the web are not of the hotel.they are from flora hotel.

Breakfast was great and varied. Location was just perfect. the room wasn't big but was super clean and comfortable. Free parking near the hotel. Will be back again.

Rooms was a bit outdated

very close to the centre but still quiet and cozy. we were picked up in the central building (where you can park the car) and brought to our room by a golf caddy. a car cant go there because of the narrow streets, although its just a 5 min walk. Very friendly and helpful personel, very good breakfast.

The check in procedure was a little confusing as we had to check in another street/building than our room was. But the super friendly staff did not hesitate to drive us with their golf cart taxi back and forth with our luggage. The accomodation is directly in the Center of Noto and there are lots of restaurants nearby. The breakfast was good and the hotel staff was amazingly friendly and very obliging.

Breakfast was very good. Location is also excellent. Many restaurants and shops were closed because it was February. Middle of March ar April will be better.

No curtains, too many stairs and no lift. Room dirty. Rooms were ready 1 h later than agreed. We had to wait in the heat with 38 degrees.

Great location, friendly staff, and free parking close to the hotel. Plenty of options for breakfast in the morning. The beds were also extremely comfortable!

The wifi was not reliable and only worked in the shared living area. This was pretty frustrating at times as we couldn't get any cell phone reception inside the building.
