carpark kept prompting for payment despite already registered car under hotel guest’s. breakfast is overpriced. soup and congee is cold. not much variety.

The breakfast was outstanding. The room was comfortable. I sleep well on the bed. The bathroom was great. And I was glad to have aircondition.

The shower wall is partially clear glass to the room which would not work if I had traveled with my son. I wish I could have placed the air condition below 70F

allow me early check-in when I reached the hotel much early than 12pm

no slipper in the room, no face towel in the toilet, which I use to wash face every morning.

Close to train station, bus line, Taxi, shopping amenities. You pay for that. Convenient. Friendly staff.

I didn't mind, but my friend wish there was a microwave and a bathtub in the room.

I was staying in a Jr Suite and the room size is perfectly suitable for me. The location of this hotel is very convenient - the train station is nearby, there are Malls with branded goods, there are street food and restaurants across the hotel. Although the hotel is just right beside the train station and the railway tracks, the noise doesn't bother me at all. Its really perfect for my short stay (5D/4N). There's a Premier Lounge on the 9th Floor too. The buffet breakfast has a wide variety of choices. I will definitely be back if I will travel to Suwon again... 🙆‍♀️🤞👍

There's really nothing much I don't like except that my room is located in the far end of the building... hahaha The lift lobby is located in the middle of the building and I will have to walk pass (like 10 rooms) especially with baggages. Anyhow, it doesn't really bother me with all the plus points that the hotel could provide.
