Staff were lovely and the room was perfect except for it's location above the public bar. Sat night was so loud and then when the music stopped a few altercations outside kept us entertained.

The noise! Struggled to sleep with the music going. Friday night was all good but Saturday night was crazy.

Everything was amazing, friendly staff, room was very clean and inviting. Comfy bed and loved the air conditioning.

Only had one issue the jug in the room didn't work. Not sure if was the wall plug or the jug itself. But no hit chocolate for me.

Staff were very friendly and informative Room was well kept, clean and modern.

I stayed in room 4 - which ends up being on the corner of the building / street. I’m not a particularly light sleeper, but the hotel is right on the main road. The road traffic is quite loud with vehicles going down the main road from night until morning which made it hard to sleep. Which is not fault of the hotel or staff, but if you’re a light sleeper, I would opt for a quieter location. The heat pump in the room would also periodically make a sound that resembled a mini machine gun going off.

Absolutely nothing else but the bed. Bed was comfy to sleep on but it wasn't suitable for 3 people to sleep on.

Preferably I wouldn't recommend a king superior room for 3 guests in one room. Maybe if yous had put in an extra single bed for each room it would've been worth the money we paid. Cutlery and utensils were not cleaned properly and we were given only one teaspoon to use which was very mouldy and dirty at the back of it. There were no extra toilet rolls and when we arrived to our rooms, the toilet roll had already been used and was almost finisbed. I think we should've been provided with more especially if your accommodation is named a 'HOTEL'. Iron and ironing boards should have been provided as hotel supplies but nothing was provided and I had to come ask for one directly. The bathroom sink for one of the rooms had spit in it and was not cleaned properly. There was 6 of us, 4 adults and 2 children aged 17 and 11. 2 adults and one 17 year old had to fit onto one bed in one room while 2 adults and one 11 year old had to fit onto the other bed in the other room. This is totally unacceptable! We should have been provided with extra single beds for the children to meet the costs of your accommodation for barely a day. We recieved very bad service from you and only wished yous had done a better job for people to enjoy a much comfortable stay! I do not recommend this place to anyone if you're looking for a comfortable place to stay.

NOISY, NOISY and NOISY 1 Noisy : - the Room 4 is located at the conner of main street and side street. The road is busy. Traffic is non-stop, it is very loud and noisy every vehicle passes. the window is not soundproofed. Even at mid-night 2am. 2 Noisy : - the rooms are on second floor, ground flood is a bar. The loud music won’t stop until 8 or 9pm. There has no chance to have an early sleep. 3 Noisy :- the walls are paper thin. The conversation, toilet flush and snoring can be heard clearly. Specially, people are talking at the corridor, I have no idea with would they do that. HORRIBLE I realised the noise when I check-in and spoke to the receptionist. But she didn’t check and say, there has no room for me. I booked the room for 3 nights. I could not have a rest more than 2 hours on day 1. Eventually I booked and moved to another accommodation next morning. IRRESPONSIBLE After restless on first night, I checked-out and spoke to the receptionist on next morning. I explained the situation. She agreed and accepted the situation. She said will ask for her boss to refund the balance two nights charge to me. I also contacted Booking.com to explain my situation. They told me that will contact the hotel and ask for refund to me. However, 3 days after, I got a message from Booking.com that the hotel did not response to the request. ADDITIONAL The web information mentioned that there is Accessible parking on site but in fact they do not have car parking and only street parking on main and side street with those drinkers around that area. I was so nervous someone may break-in my car. The hotel entrance is not clear mark, and it is manual slide door. It is easily missed. All rooms are on second floor. It is inconvenient if you have big luggage. After reading those positive reviews, I believe that this hotel is good to stay just for 1 night and come for party to get drunk. It is one of the worse accommodations.
