No aircom

Cozy, clean but basic little room (don't come here if you're looking for shampoo or a toothbrush). I absolutely adored the shower: very strong and the water was cold, which is perfect for this time of year. I was welcomed by an elderly couple who were very friendly and the lady's smile looked very genuine to me. There is hot water, tea and coffee available on the ground floor: this is definitely a tiny gesture that goes a long way. Beautiful balcony: you can sit and relax and enjoy the splendid scenery. Very affordable room: great value for money. I'd definitely go back if I could.

The guesthouse is right opposite a restaurant/bar and although the music, chit chatting of Western customers two evenings in a row isn't so loud, it is enough to disturb: you can easily cut the noise with earplugs though. Neighbours very noisy early in the morning..They chit chat God knows what about but it was too early.

It’s across the street from a bar so it’s pretty loud at night, also no proper curtains so pretty bright

the mom overcharged me initially when I checked in but the next day the son was able to refund the difference.

There was no hot water in the shower, therefore, the price could have been slightly less expensive.

We booked a room in Sythane Guesthouse for one night and when we came to the place they moved us to a different guesthouse that was not that good (Phulisack). We weren’t even told why. The price was 200.000 KIP paid to the lady from Sythane.

Phulisack Guesthouse was less than decent for the price - room was basic and very cold. Sewage / gray water from the sink was falling straight on the floor so the whole bathroom was wet. The view from the window was straight over another building and the terrace was shady almost all the time. A plus - hot water dispenser and a bottle of water in the room.

Clean and affordable price. I guess it's the cheapest one in Nongkhaiw. The location was not bad as well.

You get what you pay for. The owner didn't understand English well, so it was hard to get some information.

Really quiet and private area. Owner is really nice. U can also hide scooter under the roof.

Basic accommodation, perfect location, great value for money! The food was really good too. We got a room on the second floor with a hammock outside which was really scenic and chill
