As shown on pictures and better! Room overlooking the ocean, small private beach , great for swimming and sunbathing. Breakfast is so delicious (traditional string hoppers and dal - spicy lentil soup ) , fresh smoothy , big platter of fresh fruit and Sri Lankan coffee ! You basically don’t need more till dinner . Chandana and his family are great host and can accommodate any needs and wishes you may have.

The property was next to the beach so had very pretty views.
The hotel rooms were dated. The bed was uncomfortable and sheets old. The staff was very insistent of paying for rooms even though they had my card details and the whole group were being held up by the wifi not working.

A great little hotel right on a private beach. We had a lovely room with balcony overlooking the ocean - amazing. The room was well equipped and we had a spacious bathroom. The breakfast was excellent and the hotel is just a 100 metres from the main beach with many bars and restaurants. The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. We recommend and would stay again.

charged too much for a basic room . there are better rooms for 1/3 of price . the check in was not good . the owner or the guy who checked in was poorly dressed and had an attitude.

We stayed for one night. We stayed at the lower floor which was a bit dark, but a very nice and clean room. The owner and his family were very nice and helpful, his brother drove us to our next destination for a decent price. It was a save and comfortable ride with a nice conversation. Excellent breakfast with a stunning view. We enjoyed our stay a lot!
The private beach is very small, but nice.

Beautiful view ...right over the little beach and looking over parts of the reef. Good breakfast and suggestion of where we could eat later. ( hotel two doors away had great food especially puddings!) Turtles spotted from terrace. Very helpful staff.
All rooms are up several flights of stairs. Great for privacy and views but not good for people with mobility problems. The sea was a little rough for us . Not the property’s fault though. Busy road not good for walking far.
Jungle beach was great for snorkeling. But down a quite steep path, so maybe better go by boat if you have mobility problems.

Fantastic location with the most beautiful sea views from the room and a private beach right in front of the hotel. We were made to feel really welcome by Chandana, the owner, and Sajid - it's a small place and they are really helpful and friendly. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious too. Absolutely recommend over the more touristy side of Unawatuna further up the beach, this place is a gem.

Very lovely and cozy place on the beachfront. Great and tasty breakfasts with "bounty" view for the ocean. There is place for snorkeling 🤿 where you can see various fishes near the rocks. Many thanks to Chandana and all other staff for all the help and sweat talks! See you 🤗

Rooms definitely need renovating. It is such a great location and would rate higher if this was done.
