The view from the property is exceptional
A couple of things - no tea towels and no oven mitts. Makes it a bit hard to cook in the oven and to clean up. Did message the manager- no response.

Great apartment with master room with ensuite upstairs and 2 bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs. The underfloor heating was a luxury and created comfort through the house.
Not a lot the owners could do about it, but the apartments either side had quite a few racer cars coming and going late at night and early morning.

Amazing views, clean and very comfortable. Linen and towels were really nice.
Water pressure. Not a big deal but shower pressure was not great in the upstairs shower.

modern, clean, comfortable, warm. nice home base to return to after a day on the slopes. excellent views, kitchen well equiped. nothing but positives.
Owner was friendly,accommodating and easy to communicate with. Easy 5min car trip into town or out to the bigger supermarkets at Franktown. next trip over we would gladly stay there again.

The house was perfect, and the view was fantastic.
Nothing. It was a bit far from the town centre but it didn't matter much with a car. It was a really great accommodation.

The location was fantastic, nice and close to town and the airport, great views, the house was perfect for us and the owners were very accommodating in supplying baby equipment. We really enjoyed our stay.
The owners live overseas so they had hired agents to setup and house prior to arriving. I tried to communicate with them a few times during our stay and had no response to either message.

Very tidy, everything was excellent
The fans in the bathrooms didn’t work and the shower in the main bathroom was leaking apart from that everything was excellent

The view was definately second to none. So much heating and enjoyed the frosty cold which is a different kind of cold to what Auckland has.
In all honestly, this apartment has got to be the best apartment we have ever stayed at and will definately be back again
Ensuite shower wasnt working, water was dribbling from the shower head, either poor pressure or blocked. Would also be nice to be able to watch live sport there however this option wasn't available... Car park was also being used by neighbours or there friends which was annoying... Other than that great apartment 9/10

Noise at night from other apartments

Breathtaking view of the lake and mountains right from the balcony, living room and two of the three bedrooms. There were heaters and bed warmers in all the bedrooms so we had good night rest. The apartment was well equipped for cooking and BBQ. We will love to stay here again.
The road to reach the apartment is steep and the location is not walkable to town area. Definitely need to drive to stay here.

the views were amazing the apartment was very nice and very friendly neighbours and we had beautiful weather
There are a few things the need maintenance done on which the apartment manager would not know about as you have to live in it to see them

The Neighbour’s were a bit noisy at times, also the shower in en-suite needs sorting as isn’t spraying out how it should.
