Loved everything, the location, the ambience, spotlessly clean, beautiful host, this property is highly worth staying at.

The location of the apartment was perfect as it was so easily accessible from the main piazza and was near to one of the many sets of stairs leading into the historic Matera Sassi. The rooms were large, clean and provided an authentic cave house experience.

The beds were too soft for our liking but we may just be used to slightly firmer ones.

Anna was so helpful. Always available and concerned about our wellbeing. the apartment was set in a sassi and renovated with taste. the bathroom installations were very good.

Excellent. A unique place to stay, and the accommodation is located in the heart of the old town. It was so hot on the day I arrived but the accommodation was really cool inside, and it is big and spacious inside, it is surprising. The host was waiting at the accommodation when I arrived so I did not have to wait. She was very friendly and helpful, and spoke excellent English. The accommodation I stayed in was open-plan, so from the front door you walk in through the living room to the kitchen and then the bathroom. Everything was comfortable, and all facilities were modern and in excellent condition and functioned. There was complementary tea, coffee, water and juice, which I thought was kind. At night it was quiet around the property, even though there were restaurants nearby. The bed was very comfortable, I slept like a log : )

Dear lady, she accompanied us personally to the place of accommodation, it is a few steps from the center. We were very satisfied with the accommodation, large comfortable bed, clean, everything matched the photos. It was quiet at night! Perfect location. The atmosphere of the rock city immediately enchanted you, walking walks, the best ice cream, food! THE MAGIC OF THE CHURCH! I highly recommend :)

Great location and amazing authentic interior which was also very cozy and comfortable! Every detail is made with such a taste! The host is so kind and friendly and he told us a lot about the history of the place and the city itself! Will recommend it to my friends!!!

The hostes was very helful and the apartment was in perfect location, with very nice view of the old city. Please note that if you need a parking place nearby you have to reserve it before your arrival.

The property is stunning, like something out of a film! I wish we were booked in for longer! It’s so much bigger than i expected!

Location in the city center. Friendly hoste. Interesting apartment in the cave.

Beds could be more comfortabel (they are still okay, nothing special). Little kitchen (if you need it). The ceiling is peeling. In one of the bedroom was without fresh air but you need to accept that if you want to sleep in the cave.
