Booked a dorm, but was given a single room at no extra charge. Also allowed me checked in in a very early morning (around 7am) without extra charge. Super nice lady!!! Very clean, spacious and a big backyard. Kitchen with very nice and much better cookware than most hostel I stayed in the past few years.

Weak WiFi, only work in the dining room.

The location is great and the terrace is very pretty and nice to hang out.

When we arrived tired after a long trip, the lady at the reception didn’t ask for the price stated in booking.com, but instead wanted three times as much. After we told her we wouldn‘t pay that, she started frantically typing various numbers into her calculator and making very questionable calculations. Luckily in the end after a long and very confusing discussion we even paid a little less, but we‘ve never had such a bizarre situation with a hostel from booking.com. Apart from that, the mattresses in the dorm room were pretty bad and one toilet/shower for over 10 people definitely isn’t enough. And people considering staying in this hostel should also know, that you have to enter the hostel through the garage door which is literally always open. I don’t know about the other rooms, but the dorm room (which is located straight next to the garage door) doesn’t have a key and is always open as well. So anyone could at all times just walk into the room you’re sleeping in and where your stuff is in - questionable…

Central location A separate exit from the dorm room

Mattress is super hollow, I pretty much slept on the bed frame, and the bed squeaks if I flips over I was in a 8 ppl room by myself, so space is fine. But if the room is half full, then it would be tight. And I have no idea how to get on the top bunk. Bathroom is OK, No interaction with the staff and I had to go to the bus terminal to get bus information

The hostel is well located and the owner is very nice and accomodating. They let me do a late check out until my bus was departing which was very nice from her! Price is unbeatable!

The matresses of the shared room bunks are a bit too weak and dont provide too much support.

The price on booking.com. It was quiet. The location was good. A/C was working properly.

There was an issue with my booking reservation. I ended up sleeping in one room on the first night and in another room on the second night. The receptionist woke me up at 8am in order to change rooms, even though the checkout was way later! The mattress in both beds was maybe one of the worst of my whole travelling life. The lady at the reception was not so professional. No mirror in one bathroom. No power plugs even close to any beds. No small light on any bed. They told me the checkout is at 10am, even on booking.com is says at 12pm.

The owner is absolutely lovely and very helpful. Location is very convenient, AC in rooms is great and beds are comfortable, and good facilities. Well priced option for Encarnacion, definitely recommend!

The solo bed in the dorm is perfect, good mattress. Ask for this bed when you make a booking.
