it was just ok, but the staff was really nice maybe good for short stay

the room was a little bit dirty… Also the sheets weren’t the cleanest. not recommend eating in their restaurant, we had a problem after the dinner… (the first case like this in our month trip)

It is really close to the beach, to the clubs, but it’s also far enough from the noisy places in Legian

The walls inside the room were humid, we got even small ants and cicak on the wall (small gecko). Even though we have hanged the sign “we are sleeping”- somebody opened the door for a room visit…

Just the room bathroom door doesn't allow too much privacy if you're on a friends' trip.

The pool was great! The room with a pool view was also nice. TV with many channels. We also liked a fish pond outside.

Not too many places in the room to hang your towels and other clothes. You can hear your neighbors taking a shower very well.

Good location and friendly service. Cheap accomodation. The main difference between a Superior and a Deluxe room, is that one is much bigger than the other. I would recommend getting the big one.

Bedrooms could be cleaner, especially the bathroom (shower was very dirty). Towels were very old. Breakfast doesn’t have many options, as everything was Indonesian food. There was a very annoying noise outside of the room (from the hotel A/C) that you could hear from inside the room and wouldn’t let us sleep properly. The hotel doesn’t have many facilities, only the swimming pool.

Good location, walking distance to bars but also on quiet street. Clean rooms. Nice pool area

The standard room I got had windows facing the walkway and layout was kind of awkward. As the toilet was using frosted glass it can be bright if you use it in the middle of the night so bring your eye masks if you are sensitive. Had to ask for bathmats as it was missing from both rooms. Did not like that they were not willing to provide pool towels for usage outside of the hotel even when offered to leave a deposit.

The staffs were lovely and the location is great.

Its just the air conditioner is not working properly and the sheets are not cleaned thoroughly

There's such a variety of food in the breakfast buffet.

The service was top class. Especially Getmas & Yogi who were always ready & willing to assist in anyway they could.

The loose floorboards around the pool area called for cautious footing when walking around the pool.

Reliable fast internet, clean, good bed and good new AC, enough parking space in a quiet street.

- The note is located near all the pubs and so the bass was audible but still I slept well. - Although the towels were clean they were not as white as they should be, so they should invest in new towels.

the staff is very helpful and friendly (faiz,putri,gek mas,)food is good nothing inconvenience i can bring out..

Gek the supervisor at the reception, was friendly , remembered me from previous visit, pre-covid. helped with a problem I had with my tablet, Putu and Hailkel the lads who cleaned everyday , Putu remembered me from last visit and told me what room no I had last visit, they were always happy and friendly,laughing, , enjoying their job. I have stayed here at Neo 3 times and I will be back again. All the staff where happy, friendly , all looked as though enjoyed their jobs. A good location, close to walking everywhere, 15mins

there was NOTHING that I didnt like about the Hotel NEO, as I said I will be back again
