very clean, quiet, and authentic! the staff was so friendly and accommodating. you could tell it was run by a loving owner.

I love the rustic feeling of the hotel. San Antonio is not a very touristic town, so it is exactly what I was looking for. The staff were very nice with us.

Beds were very hard and the room was very noisy, you could hear any neighbors noises. Value for money was not that great.

The view to the lake is beautiful. Quiet place and neighborhood. We rented the room with terrace which has a little kitchen inside, and have a nice view of the lake and volcanoes from the balcony. Guests also can view the lake and volcanoes where the dining tables are. Taste of food is fair. You will hear the roosters crow in the morning which is something common in Guatemala.

It was confusing how to get there initially. The public launch doesnt go there so you need to take a private launch or a taxi, which is easier.

The views of the lake are amazing, especially the area where meals are served! The staff amazing,especially Francisca who always attended to any of my meal requests since I was recuperating from toe surgery. Jose’ the chef meals were 5 star!

Excellent view from the room and balcony.

The area is surrounded by homes that have roosters that begin crowing well before dawn. The immediate neighbor's wood burning cooking fire is just a few feet away and at times makes the room and balcony very smoky and unpleasant. We opted to rent the small apartment that has a kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with one tiny saucepan and one miniscule pan just big enough to fry a single egg. They could easily improve this at very little expense.
