The property is in a central location

Only stairs available - the lift is there but hidden behind a plant and you cannot use it. There was no duvet or sheet for my bed - they forgot to add one - so I had to sleep without one and it was cold. There is no luggage storage at all - but they explain that they are not a hotel so you should not expect it. Reception shuts at 8.30pm and no staff would be back in the building until 1.30pm the next day. - but they explain that they are not a hotel so you should not expect support. They kept sending me messages saying that they are not a hotel prior to my arrival so we shouldn’t have the same expectations. I wish I had found somewhere else to stay.

The original property booked was with the terrace however we were moved to room 1 after issues regarding cleanliness, washing machine was grubby and mouldy. The door that was reviewed as broken was still broken. The terrace was littered with cigarette butts. Upon speaking to staff we were quickly moved and staff were great. The apartment downstairs, although a lower cost was much better and suited our stay and occupancy. (Couple)

Location, rooms

The host was helpful and friendly. The checked in was easy and smooth. The apartment was clean. Great location.

The bed mattress was poor quality, not supportive and not constructed using individual pocket springs but traditional coiled spring mattress that means when one sleeper turns that will wake up the other one. That caused unrested sleep. One of the TV remote controller didn't work because the batteries were flat. The sound proof was bad. You could hear the next door and the people talking in the corridor.

La posizione è in se stessa ottima, vicinissima a via Etnea, piazza Stesicoro e molte mete del centro storico. L’appartamento, un bilocale, era ben distribuito, comprendeva anche un secondo piccolo bagno. Gentile e sollecito il referente alla reception, e anche il gestore.

Purtroppo, il bar ristorante del vicolo di fronte è una (incivile) sorgente di inquinamento acustico, fino a ben oltre le 23.30. Perlomeno lo è stato sicuramente durante i primi due giorni del nostro tour catanese. Se siete assuefatti alla discoteca, forse non vi turberà molto, ma noi abbiamo dovuto cercare un’altra sistemazione, presso una diversa struttura, per garantirci un riposo notturno più normale e tranquillo. Un supplemento di spesa, ma almeno ci siamo garantiti un po’ di vacanza. Il gestore è costernato, certo non è colpa sua, ma auguriamo a lui (e ai turisti diretti allo Stesicoro Exclusive) che sia possibile trovare una soluzione soddisfacente al problema.

Very helpful and polite welcome by the staff. Comfortable and convenient apartment in the heart of Catania.

Extremely small bedroom (the one with single bed) and has no window.

The apartment was clean, everything was good, the location is great. The only thing I didn't like was that the elevator didn't work.
