A tranquil haven, 10 mins walk to the old town; beautiful pool; incredible breakfasts; spacious and spotlessly clean apartment-style villa with beautiful private patio; and divine, can't-do-enough-for-you staff. We stayed here 7days last July. We returned this year again. And we will come back next summer.

Staff were wonderful, room was very clean! Quiet and good location. Breakfast was great!

Bedroom needed bedside lights,

First of all: hospitality. The way we were welcome and taken care during our stay was amazing. You can feel like home. A lot of smile and kindness. The breakfast was delicious, a lot of fresh fruits, homemade cakes and coffee as much as you wish. The location is very good, 15 minutes walk from city center and about 25 mintues drive from the nearest beaches. Gracie!!!!

The breakfast was incredible with a selection of fruit, meat, pastries and the option for Eggs or omlette, all served to your patio each morning.

This property is exceptional in every way. Exceeded all of our expectations. Highly recommend.

Good location and facilities, small enough to feel homely and intimate.

Our rooms weren’t together so the kids had to sleep in a different room a (very) short walk away.

We were welcomed by the owner and before we even arrived she texted me to ask if we would like to join for lunch. She was very friendly and they both made us feel welcome straight away. We received a cool refreshment when we were at the pool ( homemade watermelon ice cream with lemon and mint, delightful! ) The second day we received freshly made pasta en nuts while we were at the pool. They really cared about their guests! :) my compliments! The pool was very nice and gave us a holiday feeling due to the relaxed atmosphere We had breakfast by the pool and also this was also just perfect! Fresh fruit, eggs, vegetables and every day they presented different sweets like for example lemoncake. It was just perfect, they were an excellent host and hostess.

If I have to say something, the bed was a little bit too hard for me. But that might be personally

Fabulous apartment, big clean comfortable bedroom and kitchen area with good air conditioning which we needed because it was sweltering. The pool was excellent, clean and large with plenty of comfortable sun loungers. The hosts were extremely helpful providing a huge breakfast. We had no problem walking into locorotondo, it took about 10-15mins and although there was no pavement on the first part the road wasn't busy and you soon get to some steps that take you straight to the town centre. We would definitely stay here again.

It is lovely and charming place. The villa, swimming pool, people... everything was nice. The owner was really special. We arrived late and were welcomed with wine and food which was what we just needed. Breakfast were various and delicious. It is in a small distance to lot of beautiful cities. Would come back again!

Amazing breakfasts with fresh produce and homemade cakes. Katya especially was great: she welcomed us with a glass of wine, she was very kind and helpful especially encouraging us to try our elementary Italian! she recommended places to go and things to do. highly recommended. we will be back!

Possibly the most wonderful experience of my time in Italy. I was made to feel welcome and "one of the family." The food was excellent, the service excellent. All my needs were catered for and it was clean and comfortable. Beautiful views and wonderful surroundings. I loved e-biking in the countryside and to local towns! I highly recommend staying here - wonderful people and I had a wonderful time.

A beautiful property 15 minute walk to town. Room was huge and clean and very comfortable. The grounds were lovely!. Staff were very attentive and I thank them!

The staff are absolutely exceptional, the villa is perfect in every way, pool is stunning and rooftop spa is so beautiful. We stayed here during August when British travellers had to isolate for 5 days at their accommodation. Katharina and all the staff were an absolute dream and were in constant communication about what we needed. They did grocery shopping for us, served us beautifully cooked restaurant food on our Terrace every evening, lovely and extensive breakfast each morning, and allowed us exclusive use of the spa so we could still enjoy our holiday and keep our 2 very young children entertained. We didn’t even feel like we were isolating everything was so perfect! The Villa is only a short walk into Locorotondo and no more than 15 mins drive to each of the beautiful towns nearby. A massive thank you to Katharina and all the staff at Villa Caramia!

We had an absolutely amazing stay. The owner is so very very kind and friendly, provides an excellent service. We were able to check in early and were welcome with beverage and food, she booked for us a very good massage and was overall very nice. Also the breakfast is huge and delicious. Absolute bonus is the roof top jacuzzi with a view

Best breakfast we had in Italy. Very accommodating hosts, and the nearby town of Locorotondo is very pretty.

Should have stayed more nights.. Could hear the neighbors a bit through the walls, and the mattress could have been slightly harder(and not a twin).
