We book the room but no one came to give us the key so we have to leave the country to come back england

Not as advertised, stayed in summer and windows didn't stay open, patio door locked with no key, no microwave, no sofa, no tv.

The location is perfect, right in the centre but you can not hear any outside noise in the room.

it was hard to close the sliding bathroom doors but other than that it was fine.

They give us the room at 18:45 and not 15:00. Room dirty, we haven't glasses, Wi-Fi, soap for hands and body and a single openable Window

this is a shame to rent this place! the picture on booking are the opposite of what you get. we arrived the place was dirty like a junky squat, all damage. shower broken, sofa bed is just a basic form, no mattress protection, no fridge, no wifi, no TV, smoke detector removed, like this when we arrived the people smoke, toast machine so dirty you are scared to be sick, no balcony, no heater, in the night 9 degrees.
so please don’t book this apartment. I hope booking.com will review it and remove from their site for the safety and satisfaction of client. I m a regular client and seriously I never had a such situation! unfortunately we had to be relocated due to scam apartment offer, no choice to get this one when I saw the bad review! I can say now the review are far to saw the reality. the owner not responsible on the missing and broken points…. booking please remove this no professional and irresponsible property for the safety of the client and your reputation. owner give us I guess the wifi of the neighbourhood at where de pass was: suck my penis !!!! clearly is the way he threatened people! thx you
All is damage, dirty, smoking area, no window can be open. it’s a junky place!

the location
we stayed pre covid it all looked new but now it needs painting, the front door is so hard to open. the bathroom divider is so hard to shut. just needs updating ASAP. place is clean.

Absolutely nothing.
The location was changed on us the day of arrival. The apartment was not the apartment we rented. No outside lights, no lighting in the stairwell. No soap of any kind in bathroom. Springs sticking out of mattress. Bugs, bugs crawling on the bed. Smoke detector was disabled.

I like the location, everything was close
The window doesn’t open properly, very difficult to open.
The room stank so much when we got there. Bedsheets and pillows were dirty. The hotel room wasn’t very clean.
Lack of security to the door - there is no lock on the door anyone can come in if you don’t close the main entrance door
Finally, there was no hand wash or anything basic such as shampoo etc. Especially with coronavirus, i’d at least expected to see hand wash.

It was the worst booking experience in my entire life.
I booked a room in Amsliving and after they took the reservation fee, and the insurance fee of 260 euros, they told me that they gave me another room with a different space and a different location and when I refused that they told me in the next day that they could not cancel the reservation for free!
I contacted Booking and it took more than two weeks for my money to be returned. Too bad
