Buena ubicación y recepcionista amable. Nos dejó hacer el check in antes. Está bien para solo llegar a dormir ya que no se puede existir dentro de la habitación normalmente porque es muy pequeña.

El baño huele muy mal. Se escucha mucho ruido durante la noche. No hay espacio para caminar dentro de la habitación.

1. Washroom system isn’t good. 2. Stair case is too small and dangerous. 3. Internet is very poor.

Good Location. Nice staff. Tram was very close. Big room for Amsterdam.

You could hear the Tram and the Traffic Lights in the night. Bathroom was a little dirty.

No lift access and stairs are dangerously steep (assuming much of Ámsterdam is the same). The stag allowed hotel guests from a different rim to charge to my account and then ignore all my messages when asking them to rectify the issue

Hello, unfortunately It wasn't such a pleasant stay due to the following: 1) no bikes available, eventhough mentioning cicling activities on the booking site for this hotel. 2) I asked for rooms to be closer, nevertheless they were on separate floors and opposite direcions 3) the bigger Room located on the roof floor, had a horrible Smell coming from the toilet, as If It wasn't properly cleaned 4) the bigger Room had no fridge and also the windows Lock was broken. The curtains did not shut properly the light. 5) the hotel had lots of material laying on the stairs making It even more difficult the access UP and down. 6) Showers on both rooms spread water on the toilet floors, no proper Doors inside.

Very welcoming hotel and staff, accommodating to needs if necessary and helpful with guiding guests to various spots such as zoos or parks even cafes

The no smoking policy is very strict but I still obliged to avoid getting fined or worse from the property5

We had to book this due to a cancelled flight & ended up staying for 3 nights. It's a small, budget hotel with basic rooms. We had a comfortable stay and the reception staff are brilliant! Very friendly, relaxed place, right opposite Amsterdam Zoo. 10 minute tram from outside the hotel takes you to central city.
