The location is perfect for exploring the local area, with plenty of incredible coastal and hilltop viewpoints to discover in every direction. The staff were all incredibly friendly and the owners went above and beyond to help facilitate our stay.

The family who owns the place and all customer are very friendly and we had good time with them. They are helpful and try to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Very nice and clean Bungalows with a lot of space. nice bathroom with a good shower. AC is working perfectly. We had a nice terasse with a couch to chill. The pool was clean and the garden space around is nice to chill and well maintained. The breakfast is delicious!! You get tea / coffee, fruit juice or plate and a coice of dishes (Nasi goreng, French toast with sweet topping, homemade yoghurt with fruit, the pancakes with choclate sauce and cinnamon are the best!). The bungalows are next to shops and restaurants/bars (5minute walk). We rent a scooter (70000 per day, it was very modern and in a good condition) to explore the beaches. We could also book a tour to the waterfalls in the north over the accomodation. It was a very nice day and our driver Joe was very nice. We had good talks about culture and people. You make the right decision booking this place! Thanks to all family members and staff to have made our stay in Sneggigi so comfy :)

the water wasn’t working for the first day we were there .. as a pump had broken. at night we would get huge infestations of ants in the bathroom which would make their way into our bedroom. the air con was RUBBISH and May as well have been off.

I loved this place and wish I stayed here for more of my time on Lombok. I spent one night at Mama Bella's after hiking Mt. Rinjani and before heading back to Bali, and I didn't want to leave! I'd spent more time in Senggigi at one of the fancier beachside resorts and had regretted not saving my money and staying at Mama Bella's! Ha! It's tucked down a residential road just far enough away from the noise of Senggigi's main drag, but close enough to walk to the beach or the ferry terminal in 10min. The place is run by a young family whose cute kids were running around playing with coconuts around the pool. The husband helped me check in and was so genuine & lovely. I was exhausted from the hike and very hungry, which he picked up on, recommended some nearby restaurants and called them to order dinner for me! While i was eating dinner he and his wife popped by to just chat and ask about how the hike was. It was really nice to trade travel stories with them and chat about life in Lombok--they have that travel spirit and made me feel at home. Also, another guest was having stomach issues and the husband, who used to be a pharmacist, really helped them out. I was just a nosey bystander, but he went above and beyond try to help them get the right meds from a nearby pharmacy. If I'm back in Senggigi, I am 100% staying here. The hosts were helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. The pool area and surrounding landscaping is tranquil and lush. The breakfast was delicious. The room was spacious and simple, clean and comfy.

The room didn’t have great ventilation- but there is a fan and aircon so it isn’t too bad.

the retreat was in senggigi next to everything but still nicely tucked away so that it was quiet. the pool was lovely and the owners were so lovely and accommodating!

This place is a hidden oasis! The owners are extremely friendly and helpful.,the staff are great. Breakfast is simple but more than adequate. I would not stay anywhere else when in Sengiggi!
