Apartment was exactly like photos. Clean, well equipped and spacious. Kitchen had every thing you need to cook a decent meal. Decent TV with good cable selection of channels. Comfortable chairs in living room. Decent secure parking. Close to most places in Windhoek you want to visit. Plumbing all worked great. Balcony has view of local graveyard.

There is a neighboring hotel that is the local party spot. Expect load music till 2:30 am from Wednesday night to Sunday am. Earplugs required for sleep

The minimalist style of the apartment made it feel relaxing, it was very clean and comfortable. The bedroom was big enough with more than enough storage space.

The room was booked for 2 adults but only one set of towels was provided and the sitting room curtain wouldn’t fully close.

Two beautifully appointed and spacious apartments in a quiet area, but still very central. Everything worked well, including wifi, and was very comfortable for our family of four.

The apartment was clean, spacious and the location perfect. I wish there was a bath 🛁 as well.

I am from San Francisco/Oakland Bay Area in the USA. I appreciated the comforts of home and the appliances. It is GREAT if you want to Eat and Sleep Day and Night without going out.

There was no elevator and the stairs were not even on the drop and lifting of ones feet. You had to be extremely careful not to trip on the steel stairs. I had transport and the driveway was not lit up to see. Especially if one was using them after sunset. I had to use my mobile flashlight to climb the stairs to the apartments on the 3rd floor. There was a lot of chatter from neighbors and the sound echoed through the complex during the evenings and the Child Daycare during parts of the day. When you open the front curtains in the morning, the first thing you see is the graveyard. For me, being Nichiren Diashonin Buddhist, (Nam-Myoho-Rengé-Kyo) I was able the pray for the many trap souls. However, for someone seeking a more serene and refreshing landscaping. It may be a bit too much of a daunting exposure. There is an ant problem. The shower was not hot enough for me after a workout. The water dispenser did not work. The towels and bedding need to be updated and replaced. There appeared to be some apparatus in a corner of each room that I could not explain why it was there. Even in the bedroom.. Maybe some kind of camera or security system. One could not enter the front gate after hours where there was better lighting.

It was very central in Windhoek and had all the necessary ammenities to be a home away from home. The flat was clean and the parking was safe and secure

The one room overlooked a graveyard and smelt of smoke even though the room states no smoking in the room. Obviously not the facilities fault.
