The host is very kind. Everything was very good. The metro station Torre Maura is very near so you have a good connection to San Giovanni. We are very satisfied and we recommend this place.

The owner was waiting for us (he lives upstairs) to give us the keys. He had even saved us a parking space outside. It is a quiet residential area so, no problems sleeping. The air conditioning was lovely. Clean sheets and towels and plenty of extras (soap, cleaning products, shampoo, coffee, sugar, etc) The apartment was big and comfortable and immaculate. There was cold water and a small breakfast left by the owner for us. There is a supermarket two minutes away and you can get the metro three minutes away and it takes about 20 minutes to get to San Giovani (centre of Rome). Metro tickets are 1.50 and you can buy them at the machine before going in. The metro comes every 20 minutes. It is very crowded so be prepared to stand. This apartment is perfect for 4 people. You have to leave a 100 euro deposit which is returned when you leave.

Our ferry was late and we had to pay a late fee. The bed in the main bedroom was a bit old and you could feel the springs (the first morning I woke up with a numb hip).

Rooms were very neat and clean. Quick breakfast items were also there Kitchen and toilet supplies were sufficient
