The apartment was very clean and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable. Great location!
You have to pick up and drop off key at another address. We had to Uber to check out when we were spending the day in town.

Secured parking. Quietness cleanliness of entire apartment block. Plenty of restaurants to select from when dining out.
Picking key up & returning to a lockbox at a private alternate address could be inconvenient without a car or if late into the night.

It was very comfortable!
Think there needs to be a couple things fixed at this property, maybe needs a but more of a clean in the shower and bath areas

This was immaculately clean, one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed in, and I have stayed in many places! The apartment is very well equipped with all that you may need. Communication from Management with regards to instructions was exceptional.Location wise it is nearer the cruise port dock than beaches and shops, but an easy walk. Two car parks which is great.
When I booked the apartment I was not aware I was booking the apartment through a management company until I had confirmed the payment. The keys were easy to access in a lock box, but were off site was an inconvenience to me .They require a $300 bond. It is not mentioned on the initial page, but it is mentioned, so check carefully the wording. I would not have booked the apartment had I noticed this fact. Blinds in bedroom let lots of lights from shops, cars etc come in. Shower head in ensuite needs replacing, water goes everywhere!! Noisy from traffic as single glazed and on main road. Complex is tired, but apartment not to bad.

The check-in process is a bit complicated and the keys are held in a lock box some 3km or so from the property. That's quite inconvenient when we arrived in a rainy dark evening. The keys should have been available at the Apartment.

The information booklet was missing on arrival. We did email that it was missing - got a reply saying that they would get back to us but no body did.
Toilet seats were loose.
