host is super nice, and the location is fantastic

We were so lucky to find this place at the last minute after leaving an apartment right out of a horror movie! The owner was extremely accommodating, had the place ready in 10 minutes for us and was very responsive when we had questions. The place was very homely and comfortable and the location was fantastic. Having a dryer as well as a washing machine was an extra bonus. I would definitely recommend this apartment. We felt very safe there and happy.

The door to the main bathroom didn't close as it had come off the hinge. Wasn't a huge problem.

We needed to book last minute due to another cancellation and the host was very accommodating, let us in the building within the hour.

I loved the location and the idea that it has space.

I didn’t like that the property was infested with bed bugs and that they rented it to me knowingly that they had an infestation. I also didn’t like that the property didn’t have pepper heat. Especially ginning the fact that it’s in January the heart of winter. She complained that she didn’t want to break her boiler.

this was an amazing place for a family stay. The apartment has everything you need for a trip. Very warm and cosy. I loved the bed and and the large TV with Netflix and all the smart apps. Fast internet was also highly appreciated

This property is advised as “luxury designer” and could not be further from the truth. When we arrived the the property had clearly not been cleaned since the last guests. The carpets had dirt and footprints still visible and the beds had not been made. There was visible mold on the walls and a terrible smell. This is a neglected property and should be avoided. it is advertised for 6 people. In one room there is two single beds with very old mattresses. In the second room the same again but with a very small camp bed set up beside them. The “sofa bed” is not fit to sleep on. We book hundreds of hotels and apartments for our staff through booking.com and I can honestly say this is the worst property Inhave ever seen and that this is the first bad review I have ever had to write about a property. Booking.com should be doing more to ensure that the properties on the site are fit for living in before accepting them on to the site. We booked a 6 night stay. Two of us arrived late in the evening. We left immediately and booked another hotel. The other four staff were told not to come. After informing Booking.com about this at 07:00 the next morning and requesting our money back as we had to book another hotel we were told the Host would not refund this. After some pressure we were refunded only half from the Host leaving us £1500 out of pocket and had to find last minute accommodation. Overall a terrible experience and would avoid this property at all costs.

This flat is good located nearby every commodity and he is very well furnished. the host was a very nice Lady that stayed available if I had any questions which is good 😉 thanks for everything ! we will come back for sure
