Good place for air travellers. Tidy, clean. Helpful and nice staff.

Great Staff. We don't speak Ukrainian, but the staff was very open to the idea of using google translate and they were very patient. Quite place.

The refrigerator was not working. It is essential to have a cold refrigirator.

Clean room bathroom, good food , perfect location away from noise and city crowds

Staff was great, the food was good, and the room was very comfortable. I had trouble trying to arrange a ride into central Kiev, but when I asked for assistance the staff was able to a taxi there for me in a matter of minutes.

The lady at the reception was very helpful, that was the only pleasing side.

There was no air conditioning. TV was not working. No information about breakfast was given. I slept for 4 hours and left the hotel.

I arrived late. The night staff were INCREDIBLY helpful. I was having trouble getting a taxi from the airport so the lady on reception organised a local taxi to pick me up. The traffic between the airport and hotel was terrible so the taxi was late. The lady called me back a couple of times just to keep me informed about what was going on.

I liked the room, it seems that it has just been renovated which was good. I also liked the English breakfast, it's different from the original but it's really tasty.

It was really disappointing that the Wi-Fi didn't work on my phone. It was connected but no internet was available. I had to go to a coffee shop down the road to use the Wi-Fi, not ideal when we are traveling alone and need to be in contact with our family and need the phone to call for a taxi or Uber. The place isn't as clean as we expect from a hotel. They didn't change my bed during my 4 night stay. They are under renovation, so stairs and corridors aren't clean. The language barrier was another huge issue. I had to order the same thing for lunch for a couple of days because it was the only dish with an image that I could point to.

the elevator was broken and didn't work when we showed up, the staff helped carrying our luggage up 6 flights of stairs it is good for the price, and very close to the elevator, however it seems more difficult getting a

Great breakfast

Breakfast choice English (2 sunny side up (loose) 2 little sausage, 1 thin canadian slice bacon,1 slice of toast and vegetables. ) or , Blinski (Russian Pancake something akin to Crepes'. and coffee 4oz.. Was very good and the staff were exceptional and always tried to bridge the language barrier. Lunch and Supper were hit or miss and sometimes had to walk to the little Restaurant at the end of the block. There again, you choice of meal was what they had to offer not really menu choices but still the food was well prepared and tasty. Staff always tried to communicate even using google translate. Do not order pizza if you are from U.S. it will disappoint. Thank you Alla, Lana, Alyona.

HouseKeeping would get you clean towels. but did not offer soaps or shampoos when it was obvious it was gone. Had to ask for clean sheets and soap. No one ever cleaned the floors during my stay and only once was the bedding made up. Light switch by the bed did not function, had to unscrew the light butl. If you are used to 2 sheets forget about it. No fitted sheets just a top sheet you sleep on top of. IF you toss and turn you will make your bed every day. TV is on the wall but is not connected other than to the internet. It would be nice to NOT have to clean your bathroom at a hotel as you do at home.

Good hotel close to airport (with uber 4 €). Comfortable bed and new environment. Very good balance between price and quality. Tasty breakfast. We recommend.
