We were in Diani end of June, the weather was cool and nice, we didn't even need air conditioning. The staff were so polite, helpful and welcoming. When we asked for anything, it was brought to us immediately. We felt safe and secure and we didn't lose one thing when we left the cottage, the secutity guard kept checking around to ensure all was well. Power went out one night and the generator kicked right in.
The property is beautiful with lots of trees and this gives a nice breeze. Location is excellent! central to everything, very close to a supermarket, restaurants....the beach is 10 minutes walk away. We stayed in villa 3 that's right next to the pool, the pool was kept clean and inviting, we enjoyed it a lot.
Housekeeping keeps the place spotless. There's housekeeping everyday except Sundays. Emily scrubs everything in detail, really.......as soon as we walked in, we noticed how sparkling clean the place is. Juma is always working in the garden, everything is so well maintained.
We cooked our food, they have everything you need in the kitchen to make meals.
Definitely a place I'd visit over and over when in Diani when I need some quiet time.
WiFi wasn't great at our villa 3.
Hot water didn't quite work out.
We got drinking water from the staff, there was confusion on how to account for the water bottles. Just keep your records clean when you get bottled water from the staff. It was a bit unpleasant dealing with this.

Very peaceful place. Friendly staff. Every small things were fixed in minutes. Terrass is comfortable to sit outside as a smoker. Pool is big enough to swim some lanes and is clean. Close to supermarket and restaurants and the main road. Highly secure place.

The safety. We feel safe. The location is nearby to everything. We love the staff they were so kind and helpful. From the security to the pool cleaner to the house cleaner to the host all were kind and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend it to our friends.

Charming beautiful oasis to return and relax at after a day at the beach! Walking distance to supermarket, restaurants and beach. Friendly and helpful staff!

The place is very clean, appliances were all in working order, the staff were very good. The host was welcoming. Enjoyed our stay very much

The location was excellent, very near the shopping center, very convenient.
Washing sponges, matchboxes and dish soaps were not provided. There was no microwave and the cooker was rusty.

Its quite, not far from the main road, easy to find and the atmosphere is peaceful.
Would be nice if provided with small kitchen amenities like sugar, milk, cooking oil......e.t.c for the client.

The pool was wonderful and having the cottage to ourselves was a joy.
The beach experience wasn't the best. It had a lot of seaweed

There was several things I absolutely loved:
1. The place is super family friendly, the pool has a small baby pool that was teeny and great for little babies to use. The pool was cleaned daily and that was a big plus
2. Very quiet. All the guests were courteous and not noisy at all, I think we made more noise with our babies.
3. The hostess/owner Birgit lives in the compound and she was available to us at all times. She was great!!! She helped us with questions, menus and even allowed us to stay a little past check out. She was great.
4. So close to the centre at Diani you can walk there barely 5minutes.
5. If you have babies they will be throughly entertained with the pool and the dogs in the compound
6. The beach is a 5 minute walk as well. Amazing location
7. Provided us with a baby cot at no extra cost
The house and the staff were great. The only con I had was that I wish the houses had air conditioning and a microwave. It would have helped to warm up food faster
The wifi around the houses was very slow
The TV is the other thing we missed. probably more options for the TV stations especially for the young kiddos.
