I am at a loss for words to describe the staff and the facility; everything was excellent and exceptional to the point where I changed all of my plans in order to stay at this hotel for an additional few day. When I booked this hotel, I received a quick response from the receptionist Mr. Aykut, and he was very helpful and he responded to my concerns directly, which had never happened before during my reservation on booking, he explained everything I needed and guided us for different landmarks around our location as the hotel location is very close to everything such as Ayah Sofia mosque, Grand Bazar, Misri Souq, Tram and Metro. The breakfast is very tasty, and I really like the Algerian guy who serves the customers during breakfast; I recommended to drink the Turkish Tea during breakfast; it's really tasty. I'm excited to return to this hotel because I miss the friendly staff. Finally, thank you all for your exceptional hospitality. thank you Aykut.

In 4 days of our stay, they didn't fix it the shower head, the water was going everywhere, you couldn't take a shower. The curtains and bed cover have not been washed for a years 🙁 Every morning at breakfast the staff hangs over your head, which is very bad and unprofessional. Only two rolls of toilet paper in 4 days, which is so shameful.

The location is perfect, food delicious and staff is super friendly and helpful!

Staffs, location and the price. All the staffs were absolutely friendly and helpful. They made us feel like home. Regarding the location, two minutes walk to a tram station, and 5-15 minutes walk to all the major tourist attractions. We only had two days in Istanbul, but we saw all the major places + Turkish Haman (Turkish bath) experience. We could not have done it if the location was different. We booked two room as connected room. The price was equivalent to an one room in other hotels. So overall, we were very satisfied.

Breakfast was rather simple.

Perfect location in the heart of sultanahmet square.

The room and bathroom were dirty. When I arrived, the toilet was dirty. I had to clean this myself and let the concierge/front desk know who pretended they didn’t understand what I was referring to. I asked them to clean my bathroom again, paying attention to the toilet but I don’t think they did as there was hair and dust etc on the floor of the bathroom which was never cleaned during my stay. The shower itself was broken with water spraying out of the hose - I have a video of this. I tried to fix this myself and asked the hotel front desk to repair this but they didn’t do this. The shower door also didn’t shut and the shower itself was mouldy too. The bed had a single sheet and it was cold at night. I asked for a duvet and translated this into Turkish for the night staff but was told they don’t have duvets and I was instead given two dirty towels to lay on top of myself at night. I immediately told the staff member that they were dirty and I needed clean ones and he changed them for me. I tried contacting booking.com on the first night of my stay and wasn’t offered a refund so or help with changing locations. I was travelling alone and needed some support from the platform I booked with and have used and trusted previously. The general tidiness of the hotel was very poor (as evidenced by the dusty toiletries provided) and I paid a lot of money for a room I didn’t get, a dirty bathroom, broken shower and a cold bed with no duvet.

Our room was so quiet considering the central location. The hotel is walking distance to major sites and a plethora of dining and shopping.

Overall the hotel is very nice it could use some refreshing in the bathroom.

I had an amazing stay at Antusa Palace Hotel in Istanbul! The staff's friendliness and exceptional service truly stood out. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and ensure my comfort. The hotel's location was perfect, offering easy access to the city's attractions. I was thoroughly impressed and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

It has generally well kept rooms and it is conveniently located. Staff are friendly and help to make it a nice family stay.

It needs to keep up with maintenance.

Excellent food in the restaurant. The staff was very friendly and kind at all times. The hotel is located near to the most excitement places to visit and surrounded by many bars and restaurants.

The room was too small. Very very small! But all appliances and very clean. However the shower was too small to even for 1 single person.

Everything about the hotel is awesome, this is my third visit, and the customer service is top notch

The hotel is ideally located a short walk to most of the historical sights, attractions, shopping and restaurant district. A 10-minute walk to the port and spice markets, with the tram stop only 200m away. The room was spacious with all amenities, also a small balcony. Staff were amazing in assisting with planning the days and places to go. Food in the restaurant was very good and well-priced. Spa section offered a full Turkish bath service that was clean and professional. All up it was a very enjoyable stay and I highly recommend Antusa Palace for anybody looking for well-priced, and very well-located accommodation in Istanbul
