The room is very clean and well maintained with a comfortable space. The breakfast is to the normal standard; just good enough. The staff were very friendly and cooperative with a welcoming smiley face. Special thanks to Haron in the front desk for being so caring during our stay. The location of the hotel in Karakoy area is just what traveller would need. Tram station, sea-side restaurants, Galata tower, Galata port open shopping center, Eminonu fairy boat station, all within 5-10 minutes walking distance.

"+": very good location, easy to find with many taxis nearby and close to some great grilled mackerel kebabs; great views of the Galata Bridge and the Golden Horn from upper rooms and breakfast restaurant; the room was quite spacious and comfortable as well.

"-": being a tourist hotel and not a business hotel, breakfast was quite late and not everything was ready; staff was a bit pushy and tried to sell airport transfers (uber and pre-booked booking.com transfers were cheaper) and get extra gratuity; unfortunately it is very noisy in the room (non stop traffic outside, calls to prayer etc.. ), so good earplugs are strongly recommended; breakfast was only ok and not very tasty, I expected more, one day there was not even simit, probably because it was too early.

Beginning at check-in with Serdar and Eren, we were welcomed to the hotel with courtesy, professionalism, and helpfulness. The room had a nice view of Istanbul with part of the Bosporus also visible - great! The breakfast area is on the top floor and offers sweeping views of Istanbul's Golden Horn. A rooftop terrace bar above the restaurant top floor had even better views of Istanbul's amazing vistas. The Galta Bridge is a short walk away to explore Istanbul's old town and the rest of the Galata area even closer. Great location. Hali and Vlad serving coffee and drinks, respectively, were always friendly and helpful - they offered a great way to start and end the day!

Just be aware that the location is fairly busy .......... but this is a city of 15+ million people!

I do not want to write banal things that delicious breakfasts, soft beds and friendly staff, although this is also. I lived in Istanbul for 11 years and returned there several times, staying at this hotel. Good accessibility across the Galata bridge to the historical part of the city, as well as to the modern part of Taksim, to the reconstructed Karakoy area. Very comfortable hotel with beautiful views of the Golden Horn Bay. Special thanks to the manager Sedat Aydin, who was accommodating into the hotel, and also responsive to all our wishes.

I really enjoyed my time in this hotel and it worth the money I spent, the room was very clean and the sea view is amazing from the seventh floor. also the hotel is near to tram station and tunnel. furthermore the staff are very nice specially Mr.Sedat, they celebrated my birthday✨🎂

Cozy room. Good bathroom and bed. Hotel is near T1 tram. View from the upper floor room is great. Breakfast in a top floor restaurant is an inspiring start of the day.

Windows are not fully sound proof. Historical center is a busy place (not related to the hotel itself)

Front desk guy name Sedan is absolutely unhelpful and not polite. I’ll never ever stay in this hotel again because of him.

The customer service exceeds expectations. Serdar and Yakoub were excellent hosts and also took care our baggage way before we checked in. Serdar has great knowledge of the place and will recommend some best places to travel nearby. We will surely stay again at this place.
