La posizione è perfetta (molte mete turistiche sono a breve distanza eppure non si avvertono rumori, neppure al mattino), la vista dalla sala (con terrazza) per la colazione è notevole, il personale ha dato prova di grande disponibilità in più occasioni, i materassi sono di buona qualità

La qualità della colazione è veramente modesta, nonostante l'offerta sia ampia e nonostante ad Istanbul abbondino le proposte gastronomiche interessanti

Hotel molto datato, vecchio, da rinfrescare, avevamo prenotato una deluxe e ci è stata data una camera piccolissima, non c'era spazio nemmeno per due piccole valigie. Il giorno successivo ,dopo aver provato a propinarci un'altra camera piccola,ce ne hanno assegnato una un po' più grande ma sempre minimal.Il personale ha cercato di accontentarci. Bagno piccolissimo,non è stato possibile avere un accappatoio, Phon con pulsante rotto,cuffie per doccia piccolissime, inutilizzabili,frigo vuoto, no specchio ingrandimento in bagno, finestra con spifferi. Colazione appena sufficiente. Hall piccola e vecchia, no servizio bar, ma qualche the l'hanno offerto. Foto ingannevoli su booking.

Posizione fantastica, con affaccio diretto sulla Basilica di Santa Sofia e la Moschea Blu. Personale gentilissimo!

Amazing location, just at the heart of Istambul and few minutes walk to the SultanAhmed place. We had a great view of the Sultan Ahmed Mosque (Blue Mosque) and the Aythan Sophia mosque. Plenty of restaurants, shops and place to visit from there. The morning breakfast buffet was just a festin in itself. The Staff was very helpful from the hotel front door ( Mr Adnan particulary) to the restaurant helpded us for everything we needed.

We had to pay to get fresh pressed orange juice (150 TL). Air conditionning could be a little bit more powerful.

Fantastic location in close Proximity to Blue Mosque, Hague Sofia, Topkapi Palace, a Metro Station and a wide range of cafes and restaurants

Room was very small with limited space to store clothes and move around. There are no facilities to be able to purchase an alcohol drink on site. There were some occasions when it would be nice to enjoy a drink in the hotel at the start or end of an evening. This wasn’t clear when I booked it . Luckily the location is great and there are plenty of restaurants a short walk away.

Great location! Great breakfast with a stunning view, friendly staff also cleaning staff very courteous and smiling.

Some staff was not very welcoming at the reception, wanted to be paid in EUR only - cash. It all felt very shady. The top floor restaurant charged in EUR and the food was fast-food quality - it was a blatant rip-off!

The view was exceptional. The restaurant staff was kind. The location is close to metro and shopping.

The sheets and bedding were old and rough with pilling. I slept on the comforter and folded the bedding over me. I requested sheets be changed by front desk and showed them a picture of the awful sheets. Came back from our tours and sheets were the exact same, never changed. I called front desk 2 times with no answer. For this type of hotel the sheets and towels should be inspected carefully. In all my years and countries visited I’ve never seen such poor quality.

First of all, the staff was very polite and helpful, especially Mr Musa and Mr Adnan. It was great that the hotel had wrapping bags services with a good price, that you don’t need to loose time at the airport looking for! The city view from the 6th floor, amazing!!!

The smell from the toilets in the rooms, you always must have the toilets doors closed!

Very nice hotel. Located next to main Istanbul tourist atractions. Amazing dining room at the top of the building with views of the old town and Bosphorus (from inside of the building and from the terrace, where during nice weather there is an option of dining). Comfortable room. Very nice staff, possibility of payment in euros. My flight has been changed and hotel gave me money back for the lost night, which has been already paid (they didn't have to). Mr Menduh was very helpful during this operation.

The location is tremendous for proximity to the Grand Bazaar and the various Sultanahmet-based tourist attractions. The staff were accommodation, the room was nice and clean, and the breakfast buffet was perfectly fine.

It’s a touch pricey, and I wouldn’t say it’s 4 star rating matches up to the 4 star hotels I’ve previously stayed at outside of Turkey.

The location is fantastic in terms of proximity to the Grand Bazaar and the Sultanahmet tourist attractions - practically on your doorstep. The staff were accommodating, the room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast buffet was perfectly fine.

It was a touch pricey, and I’m not 100% convinced they should be a 4 star hotel (would probably give them a 3 star rating based on my stays at other 4 star hotels outside of Turkey).

Great location, Sofia and Blue Mosques are nearby. The room is good. The view from the 6th-floor restaurant is insane! The staff is exceptional, extremely polite, and hospitable. Helped us with transfers, excursions, and even with Hamam appointments (MUST VISIT). Thanks, Musa for helping us with everything!

The variety of the food for breakfast is poor. The dinner option for a stay is not worth it at all (one time even all kebabs were on the stop list). But the fish was awesome!
