Hot shower good food but pricey

Firstly when i arrived they refused to give me the discount . Booking.com gave me the charge me the full price and the room the air conditioner and tv and cable satellite and internet did not work we have the verse ring in the hotel and they refused to sort it out

Staff were exceptional. Food was good. Property on the whole was very nice.

Hot water was hit and miss. Cracked/loose tiling. Windows had not been cleaned from the outside for quite some time. TV reception was extremely poor, even the pay channels. Overall.... a "Grande" hotel that's seen better days but with a little attention to detail could easily be great again.

Location of the hotel was good which was near to Ayyala Mall. Mins away by walk

Poor wifi. Complained to front desk few times and was told that IT Engineer was looking into it.qas the same the next day also. Hence i had to check out the hotel.

the restaurant time is very limited only until 7pm

Room was spacious, comfortable,clean and well very well maintained .

Cafe not open 24/7.

Room was good and staff was pleasant and friendly.

Closure of cafe in the evening hours. Recommend leaving it open 24/7 but staff ar a minimum during the late and early morning hours.

Location wise - Very good! Near to market and minutes away from the Church. The food at their restaurant is also good in case you are tired/lazy to eat somewhere.
