This was the perfect spot for our extended family for our UTC Graduation visit. The house met all of our needs and the grounds are an oasis in the middle of the city. Easy to get anywhere.

We had a blast! House was clean and loved the pretty flowers all around the front porch! She had toys for my toddler which was a plus! And everything was close by!

First time visit in Chattanooga. House was perfect for us, 3 adults,spring break trip with adult daughter, a teacher. First House outside and interior was as pictured. Short driveway, perfect for parking at the front porch/door. Very cozy, comfortable and very clean. Master bedrm bed was very comfortable. We did not need to use 3rd bedrm for sleeping, but did use it as sort of an area to put some of our extra stuff out of the way. House was outfitted with most anything you could need. Kitchen was well outfitted but we did not cook. Plenty of bathrooms supplies,hand soap, towels, etc. We enjoyed having a comfortable place to relax after hiking and doing other tourist type activity around Chattanooga. House had lots of menus from area restaurants and info for tourist places. Our dachshund enjoyed her stay as well.The neighborhood is transitional but we did not feel unsafe. Tammy, the owner was very friendly and a great host. Enjoyed meeting her and seeing her gardens across the street. Gray Gables was a good choice for our trip.

Very well stocked and cared for home with everything you could need. Host is conscientious and cares about the quality of your stay. Our group was very happy with the home and amenities. Our only issue was that the internet was spotty one evening but it was resolved.

The house is very nice and convenient to everything we had planned. The owner is easy to get in touch with if needed and even stopped by to say hello and tell us if we needed anything just let her know.

My family took a long weekend trip to visit the aquarium and other tourist sites with our soon to be 7 year old who loves aquariums. This cozy cottage was very close to the locations we hoped to visit. Traffic was light. The house was very clean and the host made sure everything we might have forgotten was stocked. I loved how kid friendly it was and my 2 year old hated leaving behind the firetruck toys.

Our family visited for a late Christmas with extended family in Chattanooga. We had a great time and had everything we needed. Our beds were very comfortable and there were games to play. We loved the fenced in yard because we had our dog with us. We will be back next time we travel to Chattanooga.

Our stay was wonderful. The dogs loved the fenced backyard. The home was decorated for Christmas and it felt so warm and inviting. Tammy checked in with us and was a great host. The home was so comfortable that the family had a hard time leaving to go sight seeing;) We had a great time visiting Rock City Gardens, Ruby Falls and riding e-bikes along the Tennessee River. This home has been tastefully remodeled in all the right ways, just as you'd expect from a VRBO rental. However, Tammy added so many small touches that made this rental feel like a cozy, comfortable home. There was no shortage of soft cuddly blankets, towels, and pillows, and the sheets were soft. The concrete floors were perfect for our dog that we brought and the fenced in yard was great to let him out on the brisk mornings. We stayed in December and Tammy had numerous holiday decorations throughout the house, including a beautiful tree, which really added to the ambience. The kids and I loved having the faux fireplace on while we watched a Christmas movie one night. Even the couch was comfortable! The neighborhood is in transition and she disclosed that fact up front, but at no point did I, nor my children, feel unsafe. The cul-de-sac the house is on is surrounded by other homes that have been renovated. The location was an easy drive to everything we wanted to visit. We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Gray Gables!

We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful and cozy home that was decorated for the holidays which made it all the more better. We will definitely return when in this area.

Home has all the little things that other rentals don't have. The things that make it more comfortable. Home is clean and very well decorated. The tv room is set up for family to curl up and have a nice evening on the very comfortable furniture. The kitchen has excess of everything having all you need to cook a great meal for everyone. Would stay there again.

Family and friends rented 4 of her houses for my daughters weekend destination wedding in chattanooga and the houses were perfect. Clean, well, stocked, and very comfortable. This is our 2nd time staying and will be our only choice of accommodations from now on

We had a great stay. Initially we were surprised by the neighborhood until we realized that Tammy was a one woman gentrification team! The house was perfect! Great location for all our sightseeing. It was very clean and also well equipped for our needs. Our only complaint was that we didn't give ourselves more time there. We could have used 2 or 3 more days. Next time...

Perfect bungalow for a McCallie/Baylor weekend. The house was perfect and well-appointed. We were able to walk to/from the game rather than get stuck in traffic. Great front porch.

We stayed 2 nights on a girls trip with all of our kids. It was fantastic! The place was so clean, I’m so glad because I have a little one crawling everywhere. The kids loved playing with all the toys provided. We were so thankful for the high chair provided also! The place was beautiful with flowers and a perfect front porch we all sat out on. The play gym was great for the kids. It was conveniently located to everything. We would definitely stay here again.
