Only location is near to calungute beach. Otherwise don't stay in this hotel.

They asked to pay 200 rs per hour for early check in and insisted on taking 2 rooms where we needed only 1 room for 1 hr to freshen up and leave for site seeing but the staff at reception kept saying that they will give only 2 rooms as booked and 200rs per room per hour extra. This is so pathetic they take advance money whic is non refundable and then treat the guests badly. They overcharged for taxi as well 1500 whereas in goamiles it just 1200. Finally after much debate they said they will give a "dirty" room which is under renovation for freshen up. That room was horrible and common toilet was much better than that room. I was so shocked at their behaviour, we were family with 3 women and they were very rude and unhelpful. They were not giving water as complimentary and asked to buy bisleri however on thier website they will show 100 things . Reception staff are very rude. Breakfast was included but use to get over and we had to wait long hours and miss site seeing if we want to go out early morning. Breakfast only starts at 8.30 am.

they property is very good and the staff was very friendly it is the best resort for friends and family to stay

Staff was also not responsible for the guest and cleaning of the room and bathroom was also not good not even washroom supplies was not provided

Same as above there was girl on reception she had taken my booking advance and didn't not tell another person to receive my booking before shifting out from her job time
