Las instalaciones son bastante bonitas, la ubicación es alejada del ruido de las calles principales.

Le falta mucho mantenimiento a las ibstalaciones, se nota mucho desgaste en baño y armarios. Es bueno que esté alejado del ruido de la calle principal, pero las dos calles que se recorren no son muy agradables a la vista. El desayuno muy básico.

The hotel itself looks very nice, nice pool area, lots of plants so it doesn't feel like you're in a busy area! Short walk to restaurants and shops. Staff were friendly and helpful - they let us store our luggage all day as we had a late flight and organised a taxi to the airport for us.

Our room smelled damp but you're in a tropical country!

great location and wonderful, friendly staff! this is a more traditional style accommodation but is very clean and brightly lit. the pool is lovely and it’s very peaceful surrounds. a 100m walk to the Main Street shops, restaurants, beach etc

not much to fault really! the towels are a little old and the shower pressure wasn’t amazing but wouldn’t stop me staying again!

Good location, nice environment and staff. We stayed there second time because we liked this place and its easy and fast to get to the airport.

We had dead cockroaches in the bathroom when we arrived to the room, but they changed the room for us immediately.

Nice location right in the centre of Kuta but away from the main road.

The hotel looks decent from the outside however inside is in desperate need of renovation and specially the bathroom. The sink is from the 19th century and had had its use by date a long time ago. It feels terrible being in the bathroom and has spooky feel to it. Everything is falling apart in the bathroom. It has huge potential but I guess the owner is content with the dire strait it is in.

The Garden around the pool is lovely

Really noisy near a construction site ... Hôtel in maintenance, water flood in corridor when raining, my son almost broke his nose one morning while going out of his room : he felt because it was really slippery.I informed the staff but nothing happened.m before the end of the day.. Room is old, door is creaky. Maintenance of Aircon in the room next door this morning. Staff cut grass with engine in the morning... One hairdryer for the whole property so you cannot really dry your hairs.. Staff in kitchen and restaurant is smiley and nice. Customer service front desk is smiley but not really réactive.. I asked them to talk to the manager to talk about all the points above, the woman at the front desk refused.I asked several time, she always refused to call her manager with saying "sorry we have too many customers today.." then an older woman came to talk with really bad tone and attitude to me in Indonesian like I was not à customers... To conclude this is the worse expérience I had in any hôtel or accommodation I booked in my whole life...

I had a short stay, only two nights while transiting through Bali. I very much liked the spacious comfortable room with private balcony, the pool area was nice and the gardens were lovely and well established. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, I got some same day laundry done at good rate, and drop- off at airport arranged by hotel only 100,000 and very convenient.

Shower over bath and no curtain so floor got wet and slippery.

Beautiful, definitely 5 star in its time. Great location 5 minutes walk from beach and shops. Stunning pool and decent rooms for the price. Lovely staff, very helpful and were very accommodating for my late check out. Good free breakfast too! The main positive is it was very peaceful and quiet in a very loud Kuta.

Bathrooms definitely need updating! Also should provide more ammenities in bathrooms. Otherwise good rooms for price.

A lovely quiet oasis to retreat to from the busy atmosphere on the street in Kuta. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean on arrival and cleaned each day.

No cups or kettle to make a coffee in the room. The person at reception also helped in the kitchen so you had to go looking for someone to make a request or ask a question.

Very helpful and nice staff. A quiet place in southern Kuta.

The wifi could work faster and be more stable.

The staff at Jepun Bali is so kind. They really helped us on all aspects. Their hospitality made us feeling at home. The pool is good and location excellent for reaching the airport.

Lovely and helpfull staff, nice and clean room, really nice pool and good atmosphere. If I ever come back to Kuta, I'd love to stay here again.
