Central location. Room was clean and decorated pleasantly.

No fan and it was very hot No lights for loadshedding The pool was green No shower mat Faulty tap ..loose in the bathroom sink One very noisy person talking at top of his voice on the phone walking through the guesthouse. No toiletries

The price. Payed next to nothing for the 2 of us. The guest house is well located in a quiet area. It is also safe.

The bed was so comfortable and the room was clean. The environment was also clean.

Our room never had a key. The water was cold when we were taking the shower. The place didn't have a microwave. No enough chairs to seat inside the room.

THE GHETTO 😡😡 DO NOT EVEN BOTHER WASTING YOUR TIME HERE KEEP SEARCHING The noise levels were absolutely appalling. there is no peace of mind what so ever. people are allowed to party and drink at this property and make noise.

THE ABSOLUTE GHETTO OF ALL PROPERTIES IVE IVE BEEN TO. I had booked for two nights but I ended up spending only one night here because of the parties that are hosted at the lawn and people speaking and making noise outside my room

The pool

Everything to be honest The rooms were filthy and falling apart We had our room changed however we were still unhappy and stayed only because they didn't want to refund us. I had paid for breakfast only to be told they don't do breakfast. Unfortunately would not recommend them.

This is the worst e establishment. They kept on going in the room and moving our stuff without our concent and moving us to worse rooms as they double booked the room. The manager was the worst!

It’s dirty and loud and no maintenance at all. Lights in the bathrooms didn’t even work, the room had no wardrobe and the tv was not working

The garden

Room are small and there is no air con and the bed was not comfortable and too much noise and cars hooting at the gate.I paid for breakfast and I was told they don't offer breakfast and they will refund me and when I went to their funny reception the ladies there they knew nothing and said I must wait for the boss lady who will be there at 11h00 am.

The outside area is nice and they allowes to drop my bags.

The bedding waa not the greatest, struggled sleeping in it. The shower has no glass or curtain the water waa spilling all over, so after showering the bathroom becomes very wet. Entrance, you have to wait outside the gate and the intercom was not working so made me unhappy to wait outsude and feeling unsafe. The wait was not very ling but it felt like forever abd i didn't feel safe outside.

The rooms had a kitchen but no toasters
