The room was dirty, the toilet system was leaking so was a continuous noise of the system refilling ever 20 minutes, the air conditioning sounded like a freight train. They failed to service the room for the first 4 days of stay there

4 floors rooms, only 2 wash machine(one is out of order),2 dryers. not convenient at all. no housekeeper on weekend

I just wish the kitchen area had been a little bigger as I prepped most meals in my apartment. That said though, good range of glasses, pots etc.

Booked 2 adjoining rooms but they weren't really adjoining as you had to go out of the main super heavy fire door and into a little hallway to move between the two, it wasn't practical at all for staying with children as they couldn't even open the door. Cot wasn't placed in room as requested and it was hard to find someone on reception.

Central location, good port-a-cot, comfy bed. Nice view of Jacob's ladder. Covers off the basics well.

The parking options around the hotel are highly contested, inconvenient, expensive, or all three. Bathroom cleanliness and maintenance needs some work. Fridge was oddly cold (froze our milk and food).

Great location and near the CBD and able to walk to Kings Park. Bottle Shop/Cafe and Bar very handy and convenient Clean and Tidy Apartment

The location was amazing and the property had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the dual family room was great. We would definitely stay here again.

The reception staff is a very friendly lady. The room meets my expectation very well. It's clean and tidy, with a view of a big tree. The studio has a modern kitchen and a large size of fridge, which is better than other hotels we lived in the Perth recently. Another good point, the room is excellent soundproof.

Good management for service and cleaness. Clise to a well known park called Kings Park where is absolutely fantastic and breath taking views.

Everything was perfect but a little bit of smile on staff would be nicer. Over all it has been very awesome. 2 thumbs up.

the oven didn’t just have baked on food but half of whatever had been cooked in it before. the dishes needed to be cleaned before use.

Checked in late(midnight) and did not receive email with instructions on how to check-in after hours. Spent about half an hour trying to figure out how to get my room keys. Called the number on phone provided - no response. Asked to leave a message. It’s midnight and my first night (time) in Perth - not a very good experience. My room was not cleaned even once during my stay. They came once and I sled for cleaning the next day. None done , in spite of seeing the cleaning carts in the corridors.

Location was ideal for us as needed an early start at Mount Hospital next morning and only few minutes walk. Staff excellent and allowed me a little extra time in room after I had dropped my husband at Hospital as I had long wait for him.
