Oh where to start, we absolutely loved everything about this place. The beautiful food for breakfast with an amazing view, the staff always polite and helpful. Location was perfect, only a 2 min walk to the mountain and lifts! The spa, sauna and bathrooms were beautiful and clean. There is also a lift which makes getting to levels really quick and accessible. They also provide fresh towels, bathrobes and toiletries. Oh and the dinner at the restaurant is something we’d recommend everybody to try too!

Going home after staying here, haha.

The hotel is conveniently located near the ski resort.

Unfortunately we only managed to get a room with shared bathroom. Thus it is inconvenient to go to the bathroom during the night.

Location

Lack of house keeping, old facilities, constant smell of lighter fluid, dirty rooms and carpet, paper thin walls

Room heating was superb. Location of Hotel to ski lifts was unbeatable.

Needed some softer pillows. Security of ski gear was marginal - but you were allowed to keep it in room if you wanted.
