Extremely beautiful property, very relaxing, secluded setting, amazing food, and super friendly staff. The hotel manager, Maite was delightful. She was always there to make sure everything was going ok and helped with local suggestions. She helped make it such a wonderful stay, almost like being home. All the meals at the hotel were exceptional, and attention to detail was high. And the pool was one of the most beautiful pools we've ever swam in! We can't wait to go back again.

First of all the hotel manager, Maite Núñez Badiola was so pleasant and helpful about everything, she really made our stay very special. The hotel itself was so cozy, and very nicely decorated, from the lobby to our villa. The lobby is like what you can find in a magazine, talking about some luxury hotel. This has the same vibe but is not snobby or over the top. Just really tasteful. The people working there are extremely pleasant, and always smiling. Highly recommend this hotel!

The GM & staff were really friendly and they made our stay so relaxing and easy. The overall vibe and feel of the hotel was homely and even the guests it attracts are warm and friendly. It was just a good atmosphere all round and its close to busy locations while still being a quiet, private & tranquil hotel.

The private road it is in is a bit of track which we were not expecting. But this does mean there are no passers by and you feel even more isolated because of it, which is nice.

One of the best vacations ever, facilities design and all the staff is there to make you enjoy the vacation without any headache. Maite, the hotel responsible, is really amazing!

Qambani is absolutely fantastic! The villa was amazing, beyond our expectations. Vast bedroom, beautiful decor, incredible views, lots of seating areas. The main area is beautiful, overlooking the sea, wide windows everywhere. The pool was big, perfect water temperature. Staff is thoughtful. Even did our laundry for free. The food is excellent, menu changes everyday and you can make special requests (for instance, we wanted lobsters for dinner so they prepared for us). Incredible fruit shakes and smoothies, the best we've had in Zanzibar. We recommend to book full board to enjoy all meals plus snacks in between.

You are surrounded by nature, but there were too many ants, we even had to switch seating during dinner because there were ants all over the table. We think this issue should be treated. Waiting time for food can be long sometimes (waited 40 minutes for breakfast), and some dishes were not served hot. Also, they should provide a better toilet paper.

The overall built quality and architecture is top of the notch! Amazing, quite location, beautiful luxury houses with elegant african inside design. Super clean rooms, fully equipped, beautiful view from the villas. Food was simply amazing, the best what we had in Zanzibar. super friendly, very helpful and professional staff. The manager runs the place excellently. It is difficult to put in words how fantastic our stay was, by far on top of our lists of experiences we had around the world!

We liked everything, there is no negative thing.

It was my third visit to Zanzibar, so I know what I'm talking about. This is a magical place to stay in Zanzibar, relax and meditate ... and eat meals that really made with care and love from best ingredients. Spacious, very beautifully decorated bedroom and living area, maintained gardens and pools, very calm, away from beach boys and other noises of the island. Our host Maite, chef and all other staff members made us feel like we are at home.

Nothing, just note that hotel is in the far tip of Michamvi when you plan your other activities on the island. personally, this will not stop me from staying in this hotel again even if my activity is far from it.

Everything was stunning. The place is in the middle of the nature and well designed. The staff are amazing. The food is fabulous, you get the chance to choose your own meals. Full board is the best option. The outdoor shower is the best experience there.

The entire service of the hotel is at a really high level, amazing work of the manager and chef will be remembered for a long time as a warm memory. The great team , delicious food and the harmony of the place ...just all perfect .

This place is magical! I really recommend it! If I could rate it at 11/10, I would. Maite who takes care of place and of the guests has been amazing with us! She is so helpful and gave us really good advices. The staff on the property is so nice and helpful! We stayed in a villa called Sultan, which has a magical view on the sea and a beautiful outdoor area with a big garden. It was the perfect place to stay and to enjoy the sunset. The property has beautiful pools with natural water and view on the sea. You can enjoy your days by the pools and even go kayaking on the sea. Another important point: The food was exceptional! The chef and his team catered delicious meals throughout our stay. I would definitely go back in heartbeat!

The chef is amazing!

Cosy, clean, great food and best staff. We spent 4 nights there for our honeymoon and we were sure just a couple of hours later that we chose the best. The room had everything we need and a great view that you can enjoy in the morning/evening.
