Not a lot to like really, the staff were really helpful, the location was very good.

I got a superior double room and it was tiny, there was not enough space for our bags. The AC was very bad, it practically did not work and we had a fan on us trying to cool down in the night but it was very hot. The shower was poor with water going everywhere

Be aware when booking the superior double room as the information is misleading. Although the picture leads you to believe the room has a window it is in fact not a window and the room has no natural light or fresh air. The confirmation email also shows a room with a window but the superior double is small and dark. I complained about being mislead with the receptionist who would not give me a refund and the manager too. She said the description did not mention a window however it didn’t mention NO window either like other hotel listings. She said she would change the description on booking.com. I wasn’t the only guest complaining that day and I’m sure that happens daily. I had to pay extra to move rooms as I couldn’t get a refund to move to an alternative hotel.

Door to front of hotel gets locked with a chain lock at night.

Prima lokatie en stille kamers

Eerste kamer had geen uitzicht, keek tegen een muur aan op 3e etage dus hoe hoger beter uitzicht 8e verdieping had lekkage sporen. Kreeg niet echt het luxe gevoel wat de foto s doen beloven. Kamer is kleiner en de kamers ad achterkant (wel rustiger) hebben geen ramen tot aan de vloer
