The location.

Uncomfortable. Cold. Dirty. Dangerous. These people are scammers. We had to leave the apartment early as there was no heating working in the middle of winter! The apartment was also filthy and equipped very badly. And their customer service is non existent. They don't start work until 4pm, so if there is any problems, there is no technician available to fix it! Whilst they did offer to change us to another non suitable apartment or allow a cancellation, as it was the night before New Year's eve, we would have been on the street as nothing suitable is available. Furthermore the apartment is dangerous, with broken electrical sockets hanging out of walls. Not suitable for a family. They provided no check out information. So as is standard in most apartments we left the 1 set of keys inside. They now try to charge us for a locksmith! Are we to believe this business only has 1 set of keys for each of their apartments!? These scammers should be refunding us, not trying to extort more from us!

Size of apartment and great location.

Could do with a lot more kitchen items (glasses/cups/plates etc) for a large group. There is a dishwasher but not enough crockery to use it effectively. Double the amount would be better. Lounge furniture not very comfy in particular the Bed settee is very uncomfortable to sit on.

location was perfect; couldn’t be closer to all of the old town

the air conditioning used a centralised system that allowed fresh cooled air into each room. There are no separate units with oscillating blades that provide a well needed blast of cold air. We got used to it though.

We five all like it because it is super big, well-decorated, well-located, with good AC.

The only shortcoming is the low flow of the shower. If it is allowed to check in earlier (before 4 pm), it will be better.

Great location, ease of access with lift and views over the city. Very good heating system, generally comfortable and cosy.

The silliest thing and easily rectifiable was the lack of basic china and glassware. One wine glass in a 4 bedroom flat, 4 coffee mugs of which 2 were chipped. Coffee percolator sized for 3/4 people, not one set of matching plates. The bathrooms could do with an update, the showers suffer from low pressure and variable water temperature.

Not big enough for the number of people

Very clean, very central, lots of space. Travelled with friends and we were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again

One thing to be aware is that the 4th bedroom is more of a kids room attached to a double room and separated by glass does with a net curtain. Perfect for a family with young kids but less so for couples if they wanted privacy

Perfect location, very clean and tidy, absolutely beautiful apartment, nice and helpful hostess. Minor circuit breaker pop ups, while using the heating system. We really enjoyed our stay! Earmly recommended! Thank you!

Great space with everything you would need. Spacious comfy and very well located!

One of the beds moved too much, side doors and edges were dusty. Wish we had some coffee pods available on arrival. Besides that all was great and the hostess was wonderful providing us with extra baby cribs and high chairs. I would definitely go back!
