Check-In time 2pm, given room but wasn’t ready not once but twice. Only got it right 3rd time, room had overpowering smell of the plug in air freshener. Small black flies from toilet entered the room area.

Good sized room and clean. Very nice staff. I had a very comfortable stay here and it was only a short walk to the old town.

Location was ideal, halfway between the train station and the old town. Free espresso machine in the lounge and 2pm check in/12pm check out were bonuses.

The room was pleasant and well appointed with excellent facilities. I didn't expect a fridge or iron and the kettle and coffee were useful.

Sound proofing was appalling and there was a lot of noise from elsewhere in the hotel. If I'd not had earplugs with me, I couldn't have slept. This was a massive let down for I'd originally thought was going to be an excellent stay.

The service at the desk was more than great. You get advice and a welcome home feeling.

nice large room with every amenity, even an iron and ironing board. I think ‘breakfast’ was included which turned out to be a coffee maker (decent coffee) and prepackaged cake or croissant. nothing further. don’t bother with the inclusion when a dozen top notch bakeries are nearby for great pastries and coffee.

Very nice location, 10 min away from the train station, comfortable bed and clean rooms! In the room you can find a free bottle of water, tea, coffee, kettle and biscuits! On the first floor there is big bright dining room with free coffee and tea in the mornings. Staff is very friendly but unfortunately can not do anything about behaviour of some clients.

The walls are very thin in the hotel. We heard the TV and conversations in the neighboring rooms, as well as the expressive couple from the room upstairs. To our complaints during the day about noise, the staff replied that they could not do anything, since it wasn’t 22:00. After 22:00 the staff did respond to the complaint, but the noise didn't stop. We were forced to leave the hotel a day earlier, because it was impossible to work and sleep due to such noises 🤦🏻‍♀️ I don’t understand why the staff cannot respond to a complaint about noise of this nature during the day, and the rest of the guests are forced endure these inconveniences, since everyone pays the same for the services of this hotel and wants to relax, sleep, work, and spend time in the room 🤦🏻‍♀️

my internal room with one window which looked onto a dim light well was dark and cramped. opening that only window for ventilation from the light well invited a steady intake of cigarette smoke, and every morning the clattering of equipment being moved in and out of the next door storage and down the corridor invariably woke me up.

very reasonably priced and conveniently located hotel. perfect for a short stay. No more than 15 mins walk anywhere in Girona. There’s a small lift, a communal room where you can have coffee, work , meet others. the wifi was good. it’s clean. very close to a great cafe and huge supermarket. was a wonderful base for our 3 day stay. Staff were helpful and pleasant too.
