The location was great, in the middle of everything.

The property needs a through cleaning. All spot cleaning barely. The sheets had hair in the bed and also on nightstands. I brought my on sanitize wipes and everything was dirty. Not how you want to spend time at your home away from home. Contacted the host that was very responsive and sent someone out to change the bedding, still dirty 🙁

We had an amazing holiday, the location of the property is perfect. And our host Nydia made our holiday,she couldn’t do enough for us,so friendly and helpful,thank you so much, would 100% recommend staying here . We will definately be back.

The flat is very big, comfortable bed in a great condominium, with swimming pool and jacuzzi located near 5th Ave, near all the great restaurants and bars

the agent (who looks after the payment)is very pedantic!

The people were wonderful and very welcoming. Staff and other renters included. Really loved our stay even if it was only for 3 nights. We'd be interested in coming for an extended stay of 2-3 months in the future.

Everything was exceptional

Very large, very well equipped apartment, nicely decorated and in a central location for beaches and town. We found the pool area very relaxing and quality of apartment value for money

Giant apartment, very comfortable, very clean. Perfect for 3-4 adults. All was perfect except maybe the fact we would have liked meeting with the owner when we arrived. Because the secretary at the lobby seemed a bit lost. The apartment is hard to find. You should google Via 38 to find the flat easily. It's next to Piola restaurant.

Everithing Location Facility

It was close to everything, pool was great, staff was nice.

The fact that We went in the hottest season of Playa and the Air conditioner in the living room was not working. Even after I requested for it to be fixed they said they “fixed it” but it wasn’t fixed. It was unbearably hot every day!

Above all the good things about the place I'd mention the location. I'd say this is the best corner of the city! Av. 38 holds the best restaurants and bars. 5th Ave. is where people go to enjoy the night. 7 Eleven, drugstore and a bakery with excellent choices for breakfast at reasonable prices are literally in the same building. 3 min. walking to the beach where you will find good choices of beach clubs. The pool and Jacuzzi are great, with very comfortable pool chairs. A very decent fitness center. You need to remember this is not a hotel. Bar service is not offered, but you are free to bring your own food and drinks to the pool, as long as you follow the pool rules. We've stayed at Rafael's apartment. It's a 1 bedroom unit with pool view, full kitchen, very comfortable bed and great shower. It also offers washing and dryer machines.

The musty smell, common in beach houses, bothered a little, but it disappeared after a few minutes with windows open. As a beach house owner, I would recommend Rafael to keep the air conditioning on full time. This will help to dry the air and kill out that bad smell.

The apartment is new and very nice, location is perfect.

Booking.com had given us a price but we were charged a different amount which was 28 dollars more per day for 7 days, we submitted the photos and proof of the price we had been quoted but neither the host nor booking.com honored the original price. Although the apartment is nice we didn't like this lack of ethics.
