Everything was beautiful, clean and easy to find. The staff is very coordinated and efficient as well as courteous. They really made me feel pampered as all of my requests were promptly handled. Definitely a five star experience!

Beachside cabanas and the property is relatively clean and well-kept.

The room that was advertised and the room I received were not the same. When I called to verify, I was told this was a Premium King Oceanview room. It had a queen bed and primary view was of the car park although you could see the ocean at an angle. They offered a room change 30 mins later - from 2nd floor to the 3rd floor but at that point, I didn’t want to lose any more hours of my vacation. It is especially disappointing because I noted this on my reservation. I also asked for early checkin a month ahead of time and they could not accommodate this. Instead of just saying no; they told me they were trying their best to give me early check in. I hung out in the property from 12-3p until the room was ready. Had this been a Best Western, I would not have minded but this is a high end, very expensive property and the price does not align with the level of service. Leaving the property extremely disappointed. Next point: used vanity kits were left in the room; there is complimentary coffee but not breakfast as noted by booking; and, no coffee machine in the room unless you request it. The person who received this request seemed annoyed even though it was on my reservation.

The staff was incredible! They greeted you with warm smiles and cheerful voices. They were genuinely happy you were there. The food was excellent. I highly recommend eating dinner at the chef's counter at Avecita. It was unbelievable and so much fun! There was a massive breakfast buffet but we always ordered off the menu. Quick service, excellent quality and attentive staff. We also loved the beach, pool bar and Cocolobra. I loved the spa treatments and the room we were given was one of the nicest we've ever stayed in. It had a huge balcony overlooking the pool and beach. It was breathtaking! Additionally, we learned that most water sports were included in the daily resort fee so we took advantage of the paddle boards, peddle boards, Hobie Cat, snorkeling gear and kayaks.

This property was amazing! We especially enjoyed the library bar, which is a must try for the cocktails and concept. The restaurants on property were all very good. And the entire staff that we encountered were very courteous, helpful, and overall great at their jobs. The property is not far at all if you wish to catch a cab and venture into the nearby shopping outlet. We’re looking to stay at this resort again!!

We only wish there was a few more things to do in property, and more options as far as eats.
