Overpriced. Room was very dark and basic. The amount we paid for a 5 night stay would have paid for a good weeks holiday that included food.

The room was quiet and all supplies were available as needed. The bed was very comfortable and the linens fresh.

Only to help you possibly imporve--the drapes were too short to shut out the light. The room had a musty smell. The bathroom fan was not working. The "dining" chairs were far too low for the table height and the chairs were too large and cumbersome for the size of the room. The fridge door should be changed to open from the right (ie hinges on the should be on the left). This is a simple procedures to change. Fridge has handles on both sides of the door for just sucg a change.

Great Location, staff, spacious accommodation, comfy beds, fully equipped kitchen. we rented a studio which was amazing for the two of us. being able to use the Westin beach, loungers and facilities was a huge plus. Sunshine Grill is a must. we had breakfast there every morning and dinner a few nights.

Bathroom faucet could be working a bit better. An in-room safe would have been nice. There was no balcony but plenty of comfortable chairs are provided on the property lawn. you can read, eat, have a drink or just relax.

It’s a great place to stay. The rooms are nicely appointed. The on-site restaurant has a good menu.

The extra costs added to my bill were outrageous considering what had already been charged. Service charges upon service charges.

very small thing - please put more coffee mate in rooms so 2 people can have 2 cups of coffee in the morning with lots of milk!

The staff was very freindly. They offered suggestions and guided us to places nearby. The room was spotless and overall the grounds were nice.

The long walk to the beach, there was no shuttle running. Also, a dedicated transportation service that doesn't charge $30 each way to the airport that is only 2 miles away. Perhaps, invest in a bus or contract a service provider.
