The pool,breakfast when I needed to get somewhere they had the shuttle and the staff was amazing helpful in all aspects of the hotel and the area.

Didn’t give that no thought was too busy enjoying myself.

It was close to the beach and I liked that breakfast was included. Josh was great! He gave us vouchers when the water was shut off.

The shuttle service was very limited. We were charged the resort fee without even knowing the available amenities. The only we even found out about the available amenities was through asking other patrons. Apparently there was a pink slip we were supposed to be given at check-in that detailed our amenities but we never got it. Our linen were not changed regularly until we requested. The water was shut off for a while so we were unable to take showers until it was turned back on.

Quality breakfast and smart clean hotel.

REAL LIMITED. Public use of hotel pool - ruined the relaxation of the area. No access to beach, no vacation focus. Shuttle limited in travel route.

No drinking water bottles in the room. I made a request to change the number of nights stay, which wasn’t responded to and I was charged for the whole original booking of nights stay.

Our room was amazing. It was large and very spacious. it had a dining area, fridge and microwave. The location is great for restaurants, but is a bit far from the nice beaches - the hotel provides a shuttle as part of the resort fee which is awesome! So we used that a lot. Breakfast was lovely each morning, especially the breakfast staff. Martin is amazing. The pool area is beautiful.

The one day, we received a knock on the door, and it was pest control. I'm glad I was in the room at the time to know they were coming and be available to pack away any food that wasn't packed away. I think guests should be made aware before something like pest control sprays in the rooms. We had food in the room, we have young kids and I'm asthmatic. Before spraying chemicals, guests should be made aware. They only seemed to have a single person at the reception desk at a given time which meant there were long queues. I sent a few messages via the Booking.com messaging system and didn't receive any replies. We found the pool bar very expensive, and ended up buying groceries at the local store and keeping them in our bedroom fridge which worked well.
